Atmosphere, location, Rooms are very pleasing and comfy. Enjoyed Location is Great. Easy to access every destination.

Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, there's a supermarket nearby that sells almost everything, and there are also restaurants, so I'm quite satisfied.

The hotel has a beautiful location, close to Azerbaijani attractions and away from the hustle and bustle of Nizami Street. The staff are helpful, and the cleanliness is very good. The hotel manager is a kind and helpful man, and the security is excellent; you don't have to worry about your personal belongings. A good experience, and I will definitely stay again.

The bed sheets weren't clean and there was no room space

The rooms are average and a bit old, but the value is excellent. There are hotels all along the street. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The breakfast is quite generous, and the restaurant is very atmospheric.

The staff are polite and provide good service, but it is a bit far from tourist attractions. You can call Bolf, which is not expensive and has a full breakfast.

Thermal is not 3-4 years ago, they don't give toothpaste at all, they don't offer anything. 2 bottles of water are placed in the room with 250 mg additives if you don't want it, one small soap for 4 people, toothbrush and toothpaste are finished, they said in the lobby))

It’s is beautiful; and clean. But service was very bad especially during night/evening. For example we arrived in the evening and we ordered baby cot so many times, and it didn’t come until very late after midnight. In general the service was bad. We stayed here during our winter holiday with my family. The rooms are average and the style of the rooms are good and a bit old. We booked two rooms but one was bigger that the other even through they were same price.
