That hotel was surprisingly good, is the first time who I stayed in 3 stars hotel and everything was great. Clean a really big double bed, shower, refrigerator, tv, wifi, tea and coffee. Is in the heart of Baku Marina aeria, few steps from the malls and the sea front. Friendly people who work there.

The room is clean, the waiters are friendly, and it's very close to the beach. You can see the pier in five minutes by walking downstairs. The buildings and girls are very beautiful, and they all suit my aesthetic taste.

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very polite, we didn't have enough mineral water, so we asked for 6 more bottles without charge. It is right by the Caspian Sea, with the government building diagonally opposite, so it is very convenient for travel.

The service staff is very nice, the room is normal, the one I stayed in is quite big, a big advantage is that it is located right on the beach, just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

There were a lot of issues that are manager related and shouldn’t be existent in a hotel. This starts with the unregular cleaning of rooms ever 3 days and the expectation that guests ask on his own for cleansing. This is a hotel and not airbnb and the service should be improved. In addition, a lot of other issues exist like dirty windows, broken shower holder and broken doors. Generally, the hotel needs a renewal - no matter if prices are average. The employees are very friendly and supportive, the location is quite central. These are the positive aspects.
And finally, the hotel definetly needs a renewal....

The location is great. I liked everything. It's a pity the restaurant was under renovation, they returned the money for breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location.
But the facilities are too poor: there are steps at the door, and there is no elevator inside, which is very inconvenient to pull luggage; the layout of the bathroom in the room is unreasonable, especially the bathroom, the experience is very poor, not worth the price
