I really loved this hotel!! The staff were kind and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable and big enough. Everything felt warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again:))

The room is quite big, with a small balcony, quite comfortable. Please note the check-in time, which is 2pm. Friends who arrive early will need to pay for check-in.

Good hotel and nice interior. Rooms are compact and neat. Nice paintings and good color combinations. Service is not ok, Breakfast is ok but all items are bread and bread related only. No variety. Easily accessible and familiar hotel in Baku. Facilities are less and all extra chargeable. Good hotel for families.

So dissapointed! Firstly i booked the room in booking. Com, and they rejected my credit cards ( 3 different cards) and chat by apps, they say that i can pay at hotel and they will keep my room, but in fact when i arrived at the hotel, the reception said that he cant find my reservation! And he offer me the New room with the higher price than i get from booking. Com, and of course i refuse. And he want me to cancel the reservation by apps in my smartphone, he already touch my smartphone for the cancel! So rude! And i decide to get away from the hotel and get the another hotel, and you know what?! I don't know if is coincidental or not, that day in the evening my credit card was hijcaked from someone usd 258 ! , be careful guys if you booked in online travel apps, keep your private data safe!
