Lovely hotel, great location, amazing staff, decent breakfast spread. Room with balcony is a must to book.
Just for your information, the location is very good, there is no elevator.
It's a very nice hotel except for the fact that it doesn't have an elevator.
We had a lovely stay at Austin Hotel in Baku and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel is in a prime location Nizami Street —right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spacious and cozy, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Although the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the overall experience...
The hotel is wonderful, with large and comfortable rooms! We really liked the location. However, please note that there is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if this is a concern. A hotel employee carried our suitcases up and down to the sixth floor. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the old town is a leisurely 12-minute walk away, with cozy restaurants with verandas everywhere. We will...
Everything was perfect location, breakfast, service and most importantly the view.

the hotel is very good
rooms are clean and close to every thing , reception is very helpful all the time , breakfast is soppier good , the manger Nihat is so kind he changed our room to a bigger and better view for free , all the staff are very friendly and kind from the first day
Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations. However, Shahin at the lobby was the best part of my stay. He was professional, polite, and very helpful
I visited Baku to celebrate my birthday alone. I stayed at the Boulevard Seaside Hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, Sahin welcomed and assisted me. He speaks English very well and always has a smile on his face. He even lent me a charger.
had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by how warm and welcoming the team was. The front-desk staff “Shafiga” greeted us with genuine smiles and took the time to listen to our travel plans, helping us find local spots to visit and offering to arrange transportation.
Our room was beautifully prepared and spotlessly clean. Throughout our stay, every staff interaction left us feeling...

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. We loved the location so much that if we were to visit again, we'd definitely stay at the same hotel. On our last morning, as we were leaving, they even prepared breakfast sandwiches for us to take on the road! 🤗 The only potential issue is the 10-15 steps at the hotel entrance. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I definitely...
A very nice boutique hotel, ideally located, not far from the old town, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was delicious. The soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear your neighbors' conversations in the morning, but for a one-night stay, it's not a problem. The staff is attentive and friendly, I recommend it.
I live on the first floor, but breakfast isn't a buffet.
The location is close to the city center, and although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, it's not a problem. It was clean and comfortable for the price. The breakfast was also good, with omelets and other good options.
The hotel has an elevator, and the staircases are open and easy to walk on. The breakfast is excellent, and the front desk and other staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's close to the old town and the pedestrian street, and taxis are readily available.
A nice hotel, except for the window issue and the toilet trash can not be opened. The staff is very friendly. Thanks to Ctrip, I got the city tax receipt. Baku is said to have many tricks, but this high-scoring hotel is still reassuring.

Traveling in group is never easy, but with the help of Abid - the tour guide who was recommended by the hotel, everything went smooth. We had a fantastic stay at Asberq Resort! Everything was simply amazing—from the breathtaking views and well-maintained resort facilities to the delicious breakfast served each morning.

Excellent hotel on the Caspian coast. I recommend it. We lived in a room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. A bit noisy, as they often hold celebrations, and live music in the evenings, but it didn't bother us. The room has everything. Towels, slippers, a bathrobe, a toothbrush, toothpaste, water, gel and shampoo were replenished every day. The cleaning was perfect. We had breakfasts, just delight...
I recently stayed at the Aysberg Resort in Baku and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping them tidy with daily cleaning. However, the resort's location was quite far from downtown Baku, which made it inconvenient for exploring the city.
My biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which...
We stayed at this hotel from August 5 to 10, 2023. The hotel is a solid 4. The location is excellent, not far from the center of Baku, you can get there by bus in 20-30 minutes or by taxi. We liked everything, the rooms are clean, they clean every day, the maids are a plus. The guys at the reception are responsive, everyone speaks Russian, they are always ready to help, order a taxi, resolve a problem...
Before you enter resort area security always ask you if you come to hotel or just for visiting restaurant and pool. So if you are not a hotel guest they will charge you 15 manats (approx 8.8$) per person, for using sun lounger, umbrella and other items related to pool zone. But this is not the end. Awesome hospitality & their manager Anar helped us out to explore more about Baku. Highly recommended for family visit👍
Centrally located, the hotel was clean and nice. A place we would stay again when we return.
A besutifully designed botique hotel in the Old City, steeped in the charm of history.
The hotel is in a good location in the old city. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The quality of breakfast was not as good as I would expect. I was placed in a downstairs room, which I think is sold cheaper. It has a small window , level with the car tyres parked outside.
Located in the heart of the ancient city, it's a great place to explore. The room was quiet and clean. The family room we booked was actually two rooms with a shared door. The third floor didn't have an elevator, making it a bit quaint, but overall, it was comfortable. Breakfast was relatively simple.
Great location in the old city. The managers are attentive, they met us.
The terrace is amazing with wine and a view of the night Baku!

All the hotel staff are very friendly. They even prepared out of the menu items for our dinner as we requested. Prices were very reasonable. Rooms were clean. Located in a cool area. My friend and I stayed at this hotel from March 26-30. The location is superb, close to all the main attractions. However, taxis can't drop you right at the hotel because it's located in the Old City. But it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the metro or a taxi stand. I'm writing an honest review. The best hotel in Baku. Maximum hospitality. A beautiful new hotel, the rooms are top-notch, right down to the air conditioning. A wonderful breakfast. I recommend it 100%.
The train station is nearby, and you can get to it from the airport 24/7 by bus for 1.30 manat.

I have booked this hotel from 20 December for one week.excellent hotel and well behaved staff and value for money and best location near restaurant and super market.
Service is spectacular. From the reception to the Resto staff theyre all nice. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and a birthday song. Ive started my birthday with a sweet greeting from the crew! All in all it is a beautiful stay thank you.
The location of the hotel is really central. You can find convenience stores, cafes and pharmacies in the same street.
We stayed there in february. The staff was really hospitable and cheerful. Their breakfast was delicious and given to us fastly. If one day I decide to go to Baku again, I’ll make a reservation without any second thought.
Very good hotel in combination of the money, location and conditions. Very nice and friendly staff both at the reception and in the kitchen, as well as housekeeping people. They will try to help with everything as much as possible. Do not hesitate to contact. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Moss Art Boutique Hotel enjoys an excellent location in Baku, in a lively area full of places to have fun, drink, and dance. The reception is quite small, as was the room we were assigned. It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very hospitable and friendly.
Overall it was okay, but the rooms facing the Caspian Sea were a bit noisy. It was good value for money, and after some negotiation, the front desk staff changed us to a quieter room.
Excellent, highly recommended for business trips.
There were problems with check-in: the administrator was not at her desk, the wait was about 20 minutes; then there was a problem with payment, although the reservation was confirmed and paid for on the booking website; the room was for three, but it was not prepared for three people, there was no set of bed linen, and the hotel was very, very "tired".
The hotel is decent, a solid 3-star. It's conveniently located 2.5 km from the city center, with the metro a 10-minute walk away and bus stops nearby.
