The perfect place to book if one is going to Baku. The hotel is Cozy and warm. Awesome staff and Breakfast. They suggest places one should visit, will book taxi for you and they all do it with a big smile, which we loved the most. We're pretty sure that we will book this hotel again. Location is EXCELLENT. We had a very good stay in this hotel. The staff are very accommodating, we even had a free breakfast for our early check in. The balcony in our room made it extra special where you can see the gorgeous view of the street of that area. It is also accessible to a lot of places like old city of Baku and international restaurants. We'll definitely going to come back here.

Excellent place to stay in Baku. Near to almost all major attractions in old city. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast was fairly decent as well. All in all a very very good experience at this hotel.

I had the best experience staying in this hotel because of the extremely cooperative staff and the location! The rooms were spacious and clean. My room had a window view into the backyard with the pool and it was really refreshing! (Also they have the cutest cats named after the Ninja turtles on the property 😃). The stay was really amazing. The room we booked had an amazing view of the city, with a private balcony/terrace overlooking the Caspian sea and the city skyline. Host Asiman had been especially helpful and very approachable.

The location of the hotel is amazing. You can see the Caspian Sea from your room. One side of our room was the Caspian Sea and other side had the view of the famous flame tower. All amenities are available and staff is specially helpful. Asiman was very kind. He was waking up to receive us since we arrived very late at night for check in. Good value for money for someone who's spending all day exploring Baku.Most importantly for me that had a private parking and are tucked away in a quiet hill just a short cab drive anywhere. I would only wish if the bed linen was better and the washroom did not smell weird, maybe a fresherner could help. Good food options within a 15min walk. Great staff which were helpful, specially the amazing manager Sara, she takes care of every customer as if they were there family, the only drawback was that there Wi-Fi, it was a complete disaster in the 1st floor room, but when are on the lobby it works just fine.

Truly excellent hotel. First, the room was spacious and clean. Second, the Staff were amazing and super friendly, going out of their way to help me out with bookings and tours. Booked a room in advance, but upon arrival it turned out that for technical reasons they could not be accommodated. There was no warning. Although we didn’t stay with children on the street, we settled in a nearby hostel-sharaga.

It’s was not bad experience it’s small place but it’s in middle of city . You could walk around and can find so many things . Behind hotel there is night life all clubs and cafe around so easy to find by walk 2-3 min only 🙏 thank to reception person they were so kind she was nice person too

The room was poorly cleaned. But the location is very convenient. So if you are lucky with cleanliness, I can recommend it because of the location.

The street is very bad and there maintenance of the payvment. You walk up 2 sets of stairs to reach the hotel . The room I got was good withe new furniture and carpet but the vow from the window is on demolish bulding which prevent seeing the outsid. The told me this is why you booked. It is a hotel and B&B with a good location in the ancient city. The pedestrian street is right outside the balcony. It is also very lively at night. Stay in a good location.

It's fine for a short stay, but don't expect breakfast. The floors here are high, and the second floor is equivalent to the third floor in China. It is recommended to stay in the ancient city, but the location here is also in the center, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city.

I stayed for extended periods for work. The hotel's location is exceptional, in Baku's historic center, within walking distance of everything and in a quiet area. The hotel's services have deteriorated over time, and the interiors are in need of modernization. In short, stay here without too many expectations.

Very good accommodation and healthy foods. This is such a great place to staying near Baku city area. 500m to Infinity club and 200m to main road. Pleasant stay Very good for the price. A little out of the city centre but not too far. The lady who owns the hotel is very friendly. The room could be slightly cleaner, but for what they're charging it represents excellent value.
