Things I did not like 1) I have not received housekeeping service even though I stayed for 6 days, 2) The employee asked me a lot of questions during the reception check, even the port customs didn't ask me that many questions. Very good accommodation and healthy foods. This is such a great place to staying near Baku city area. 500m to Infinity club and 200m to main road. Support staffs are very kindly and they are preparing Very healthy english foods. Their Rooms are comfortable for maximum 3 guys to stay. Very cheap price rather than other 3 star hotels.

Peaceful , clean and comfortable stay in Baku. The rooms were spacious & super clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind. Pleasant stay Very good for the price. A little out of the city centre but not too far. The lady who owns the hotel is very friendly. The room could be slightly cleaner, but for what they're charging it represents excellent value.

Historical hotel in the center of the historical city. The weak point is not having an elevator, which is a little problematic for the elderly

Big suites - almost like apartments with separate living room and bed room - with balcony with a view of the Flame Towers. Mini fridge and electric kettle comes in handy for cold beer on the balcony at night and hot coffee in bed in the morning.

Not a bad place! I was there this summer. It's located inside the old town, the prices are reasonable, the staff is helpful, the architecture is stunning, the streets are cosy, there are cafes nearby, a currency exchange office, and the main attractions. However, the downsides include the old, shabby renovations and the lack of breakfast, but they're working on it; half the building is under renovation

It's located in old Baku, right in the center, near the Maiden Tower. It's quiet, beautiful, with a sea view and friendly staff! However, it's best to avoid it in winter, as there's no heating and the room gets very cold.

Kichik Gala Hotel is very beautiful place. It has a convenient location and is easy to find in this labyrinth of streets of the old city. The hotel has cozy and spacious rooms, clean and tidy everywhere. The staff is responsive and will help solve any of your problems. The prices are low and the breakfast is very tasty. I recommend to everyone

It is the best one in town. Very polite ,cool, easy environment. Rooms are well furnished and cleanest. Washrooms are also the cleanest. The management is very cooperative. No hustle bustle in the hotel. Very calm environment. Have lived here peacefully :)

Good views from the balcony. Within walking distance to the walled old town. Markets(Spar and Bravo) are a block or two away.

More of hotel apartment concept and not an actual hotel. The location is very good. Do carry cash for payment. The place is on a up hill road, not advisable for elderly people. Nearby to many attractions and public transport is available easily. Clean and hygenic rooms and washroom, equiped with good temperature control

This is not a full scale hotel. Its an apartment converted into a hotel. We had booked Room 8 which came with a sit out. Views are magnificent! Room size is big and bathroom is huge. The hotel is very nice. Clean rooom including the bathroom and very friendly staff. It is located very near to the flame tower, old town and nezami street. Very recommended for short staying in Baku.

A good hotel and a very excellent location. You don't need a taxi to get to Nizami Street or to the sea. They are all very close. You can walk and enjoy the places. I thank Fouad for his kind reception to us.

Ok for the price and friendly service. Very good bed and renovated room (though not as nice as in the pictures shown). Only 3 stars instead of 4 as the bathroom was very mouldy and the odor was really bad (you could see the fungi on the bathroom wall and it wasn’t cleaned well)

the hotel is a perfect position, just near the icherisher metro station and in the heart of the old city if you are in baku for tourism this is the perfect place to stay. staff is super friendly and cleanliness is good. however, there are some drawbacks such as the bathroom (should be renewed...), there are almost no lights in the room and the chair is too high to be sitted on the table. for the price...

Courteous friendly very cooperative and accommodating staff. Neat clean comfortable rooms with well maintained attached baths. Excellent bed & breakfast to stay, located in the old historical city. Almost everything worth seeing is just a walk away even the metro station is at a minute walk. Breakfast is a buffet every day and the location is outstanding.

Very good location in the old city of Baku from where most sightseeing places can be discovered on foot. Also not far from the metro station. Room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is just awesome about this small boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Since it’s a small hotel, they can easily attend to your concerns. They also serve a decent set of English breakfast. The room is very calm and peaceful. This is only hotel bed which I was able to sleep very nicely. Like how I wish I can take that with me to Dubai. Highly recommended hotel!!!

Clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Central, but quiet. Female receptionist is a gem, male one is less so and breakfast lady is constantly having had mornings, so very mixed service. Internet is patchy. But overall, a restful stay.
