More of hotel apartment concept and not an actual hotel. The location is very good. Do carry cash for payment. The place is on a up hill road, not advisable for elderly people. This is not a full scale hotel. Its an apartment converted into a hotel. We had booked Room 8 which came with a sit out. Views are magnificent! Room size is big and bathroom is huge. The hotel is very nice. Clean rooom including the bathroom and very friendly staff. It is located very near to the flame tower, old town and nezami street. Very recommended for short staying in Baku.

A good hotel and a very excellent location. You don't need a taxi to get to Nizami Street or to the sea. They are all very close. You can walk and enjoy the places. I thank Fouad for his kind reception to us.

Ok for the price and friendly service. Very good bed and renovated room (though not as nice as in the pictures shown). Only 3 stars instead of 4 as the bathroom was very mouldy and the odor was really bad (you could see the fungi on the bathroom wall and it wasn’t cleaned well)

Historical hotel in the center of the historical city. The weak point is not having an elevator, which is a little problematic for the elderly

Big suites - almost like apartments with separate living room and bed room - with balcony with a view of the Flame Towers. Mini fridge and electric kettle comes in handy for cold beer on the balcony at night and hot coffee in bed in the morning.

Not a bad place! I was there this summer. It's located inside the old town, the prices are reasonable, the staff is helpful, the architecture is stunning, the streets are cosy, there are cafes nearby, a currency exchange office, and the main attractions. However, the downsides include the old, shabby renovations and the lack of breakfast, but they're working on it; half the building is under renovation

It's located in old Baku, right in the center, near the Maiden Tower. It's quiet, beautiful, with a sea view and friendly staff! However, it's best to avoid it in winter, as there's no heating and the room gets very cold.

Location - Location is good. As central as it can be. Rooms - Descent rooms, but with old rooms. Had to change rooms as there was work going on and each room had something missing. Everything is just awesome about this small boutique hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Since it’s a small hotel, they can easily attend to your concerns. They also serve a decent set of English breakfast. The room is very calm and peaceful. This is only hotel bed which I was able to sleep very nicely. Like how I wish I can take that with me to Dubai. Highly recommended hotel!!!

Good price for a perfect location. The staff is friendly and helpful although their English is not good. Don't expect too much of the standard rooms, they are clean but small and a bit worn out. The rooms are noisy: we were unlucky with the snoring guest in the room next to ours and the loud television of the night receptionist. The beds are not comfortable, having a thin mattress.

Good property with courteous staff. Checkin even at 2AM was quick and hassle free. Breakfast is buffet and good. Location is bit far away from city, but this wasn't a surprise. I booked it knowing the location. No complaints whatsoever 😊

A huge property with all amenities in place. The apartment is spacious facing Caspian Sea and has kitchen. The best part is the service offered. Mr. Rustam, the General Manager is always there to help you for anything. He arranged hotel car to us for buying groceries from a nearby super market, which is nearly 1 km. Helped in booking tours.

We really liked the hotel. The room was spacious and quite clean. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, almost everyone spoke Russian. They were always helpful and helpful. The staff was very nice and professional. Location was good, walking distance to Nazemi street, old town and Sahil metro station (pick up point Get Your Guide tours). I booked the single room, which was tiny and had no water pressure for the tap in the sink. However, shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Recommened!
