It was an amazing experience from our airport pickup late at night, to my last minute queries which were resolved promptly. Amazing hospitality and staff. They made us feel right at home. Location, beds, linen, toilet, etc. everything is super. Two meters to the dining room. Twenty to the subway. Five minutes to the old city and to the promenade ... Kamran and Genghis at the reception speak Russian as we do. We thank the guys and the cook Farid for their attitude to us. Breakfast is hearty, plentiful and delicious. Thanks for the good mood!

Staff of Flora hostel is friendly. There is cleanness, quite and oppurtunities to cook, to make food in the kitchen. In additional, they give you shampoo to take shower. There is a concert every evening and all guests are able to join it free. If you want to discover a good place Baku's centre, you should come to Flora Hostel.

The location was the best thing as it was really close to Nizami Street around which most of the attractions are located. The room was more than satisfactory as it had all the facilities we expected during our stay such as heating system, hot water, washing machine, and all necessary room accessories. Last but not the least, the people there were very friendly and gregarious, flora hostel is my home...

This is the second time we stayed in this hostel and will be our first choice next time we visit Baku definitely. We specially liked the hostel location and the cleanness of the rooms and the facilities. But most of all the very nice and friendly staff willing to help.

After the second night they got tired of providing bed linen. The apartment could have been a little cleaner.

It was a great hostel. When I was considering going to Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan after Baku, they called the ferry company and helped me out. The family was also very supportive, and since it's a new hostel, it was nice and clean! Thank you!

Very good place; they keep it clean and quiet. Excellent staff; they have shifts 24hrs on reception. Secured place with cameras. But shower rooms have curtains not doors. Good value for solo and team travellers.

Actually it's a hostel located very good location with cheap price not very neat and clean but fine or acceptable.but its depends on your luck that how's your other roommates act or sleep with snoring. But staff are good. This world is not good for naive persons. But wherever you stay or live you must have to keep all your important or expensive things. But plz try not to carry or keep expensive things...

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff’s English s weak, except for one guy but he is only available during the day. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Baku, 2 min walk from metro. I haven’t had to use a taxi/uber once, the metro and walking has served me well.

We had a wonderful time here with the kids. Anyone with little ones knows how challenging it is. Of the on-site attractions, we especially enjoyed the amusement park.

There are staff who don't speak Russian, so it's sometimes difficult to explain your needs—but everyone at reception was able to help. Other than that, there are no downsides. It's simply beautiful and quiet. The restaurants offer delicious food, although the cuisine varies widely. Incidentally, I've discovered something called go-karting.
