The hotel is located in the center of the city and close to everywhere - metro, old city, Baku Boulevard etc. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are super very friendly, especially Mohamed who helped me get the suitcase to where my Yango driver waited for me. If not for him I might not know how to get there. Mainly it is fun place to be specially with kids. But WARNING- the poolside stairs is extremely slippery. I witnessed at least 40 people slip and suffer injuries, including to their legs and backs. This is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention..

I stayed in Spring Hotel Novxani. We stayed 2 nights from 17 July until 19 July. During our stay we were satisfied with services of all the staff. Great place to meet weekend or holidays, for full comfort take full board meeting. Pool good for childs ,but i think its small for this hotel. Food quality and amount is good, every evening there have some music,on holidays they have famous musicians too. They have booling and some attractions for childs on -1 floor.

A great place where we spent a whole day. The services are amazing. Options for hamam, sauna and a pool also. You will fill refreshed after visiting such a palace.

Yesterday 22.08.2017 was there and were told it is opened just 2 month ago. So, for first summer season preaty good start. Entrance fee 20 AZN per person above 12 years. All, except food, included into entrance fees: pools, slides, kids pool, seats and tables, towels and lockers. All new and shining. Nice place to visit. Staff keeps place clean and tidy. Hope this is not anly because it is newly opened...

I really enjoyed my stay, staff are lovely and willing to help you with any questions. It's best to pay beforehand or cash for your stay as they deduct 18%. I would however have liked more options for breakfast.

It was a beautiful place. There was free breakfast and it is close to the Metro too. The only thing is if you want your clothes washed they charge per clothing article which gets expensive and is complicated how it works. I resorted to handwashing.

I had eight days trip at lake palace hotel in Baku . it was great welcoming, nice comfortable rooms , great service in rooms and variety of fresh breakfast everyday. ZARA and Noor was great at reception and very helpful, dawood was also good in breakfast section. We had great time and also all the amenities were nearby the hotel.

I usually stay here for short visits. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, especially Mrs. Zara is so welcoming and caring. Location is perfect near a park. One thing they should improve is meals.

Sigh...it's hard to say enough. The service is really good, the attitude is very good, and they are very enthusiastic towards Chinese people. It's just that the hygiene is really bad. I couldn't sleep due to bug bites at night, the bedding was terrible, and the breakfast was not rich at all. Not recommended! The startling thing about Liman Hotel is their rooms; very classical high ceiling rooms and very large rooms. I was very lucky to have the room with a balcony with views over the Caspian Sea and the Icheriseher ramparts. It's a bit of a stretch to call the Liman Hotel Baku a hotel. Apartment or even hostel is a more appropriate term. Expect to bring your own toilet paper and don't expect your refuse to be removed during your stay.
