Stayed at Atlas Hotel in December 2025 with my family of three. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and a very quiet environment made the stay comfortable. Friendly reception staff and a good breakfast buffet with plenty of options, including vegetarian dishes. The semolina kanji was especially tasty. The hotel could update the lobby seating areas, and while it may not fully match international four-star...
Good renovated hotel in city centre with some Indian food. Clean rooms hallways good breakfast in morning too many items.
Smooth check-in, clean and reinnovated rooms. Location is not bad. 10-15 minutes by taxi to city center. And taxi here very cheap. Main minus of this hotel there much Indians. But breakfast was intercontinental and very fresh food. I was there with my friends and enjoyed. Bars open 24 hours, be informed ;)
I was there a month ago with my family and it was awesome. staff was super helpful and the hotel is in a great location, there is a 24 hour shop in front of the hotel. And a restaurant thats open all day and night. We loved the food from the Indian chef. We felt super comfy like home. If we ever go back to Azerbaijan, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again!
I have been at this hotel for New Year with my wife. Reception gave me free upgrade suite room (pictures of that room I will share here). It was very comfortable big sized room with living and sleeping spaces. Room has smart TV with YouTube and Netflix access. Also they have indoor swimming pool which we have used as well. As you know on special dates all hotels increase their price, but Atlas Hotel...
Was in this hotel last month, it was a business trip for 4 days. Personal gave me room on 5th floor, with balcony. Despite of hotel established on 2018 room was very fresh. I will share pictures as well. I am from India and in breakfast I found out 2 Indian items as well. All personal know in English and they are very friendly. Very nice, I liked a lot.

Had a three night stay here, it was over all good, the rooms were clean and good size. the matrass wasn't that comfortable for me however not a big deal, location is good breakfast was i can say average. great staff though.

It was a very luxurious hotel, even more so than the price. The amenities were well-equipped and the rooms were clean, so I was very satisfied. It was a little far from the metro station, but that was enough. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again next time!
Metroline noise
Nice and friendly customer service, organized early check-in and breakfast on first day. Average azeri breakfast, food items not very efficiently replenished when things are consumed. Be aware the hotel is build on top of metroline causing noisy vibration and noise in the rooms late at night/early morning. Secondly, blind curtains are 60 cm too narrow in the window leaving daylight...

the hotel is located in the city center, near the Heydar Aliyev center with a beautiful park ~ 5 minutes walk. There are two large department stores right next to the hotel where you can buy food. about the hotel: clean, beautiful, shower amenities and bathrobe included. Facilities: The facilities are rather old.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is so-so; the carpets were quite dirty because the hotel is old.
Environment: The surrounding environment is acceptable; it's about 600 meters from the old city wall, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Service: The service is quite good; they are friendly to Chinese people, and the front desk staff are very helpful.
The hotel is conveniently located, there are sights nearby, we walked everywhere. Very cozy, beautiful, but the rooms need to be renovated, we had three rooms, so 2 of them were really tired, furniture, carpet, dishes in the restaurant. Breakfasts are not bad, the staff is responsive and friendly! In general, the impression was pleasant.
Excellent location, suitable for a 5-day stay. Payment can be made at reception using the SBP.
Breakfast was quite decent for the price.
The staff was very friendly.
Cleaning was done every day.
Cons: We stayed on the third floor; renovations were underway above during the day. The rooms were a little tired, but nothing too bad.
We were pleased with this hotel. The staff were helpful. The food was good.
Very helpful staff and clean room.
The location is great, it’s walking distance from many eateries and tourist attractions.
Nice place to stay rooms also good & big with sofa breakfast also better have little dusts

I stayed for a few days and wore the same pair of slippers the whole time, reluctant to change into new ones.
They've been doing this for three days straight, but they haven't changed my slippers once... This is so...
The accommodation experience is particularly good! I'm glad to have stayed at this hotel for a week! All the staff are particularly enthusiastic and kind, the environment is clean, and there is also a delicious local restaurant nearby. The breakfast is very healthy! Highly cost-effective, strongly recommended to everyone!
I really liked the hotel! I didn't expect it, the staff is great, the zaviraks are good, everyone is responsive and friendly. We chose a location close to the stadium, it was very convenient! The room is comfortable! When I return to Baku, I will gladly stay there again!
A bit far from the airport, you'll need a taxi to get there because there's no train or metro. Other than that everything was good.
the front desk has been very helpful, they even helped me change my euros to manat,

Ivy Garden Hotel is a cozy, beautiful property about two kilometers from the city center. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the dining area is stunning, complete with an outdoor terrace for warm days. It was wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful in every way. We loved it, you were amazing! We had to leave early because of our flight. They even prepared packed lunches for us in case we couldn't stay for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Thank you for everything, our sister country and its wonderful people.
That's perfectly fine, thank you.
Each and every thing is perfect 👍
Clean and cozy room, delicious and varied breakfast, and very attentive and helpful staff. The hotel exceeded expectations: the room is always neatly cleaned, the atmosphere is calm, and the breakfasts every day pleased with the freshness and choice of dishes. I would especially like to note the staff - friendly and always ready to help. A great place for a comfortable stay
Baku is a city that is impossible not to fall in love with. This time the trip was only for three days, but this beautiful city won my heart ❤️. I stayed at the Ivy Garden Hotel. The hotel location and style is excellent, in the old city and near to Nizami. The service is acceptable but not excellent or good. I think there is a short in their staff, as the receptionist was the one who carried our bags to the room. The room cleaning didn't clean the room even for one time in our 3 nights stay.

Great staffs, good breakfast and great location hotel and very comfortable bed.
Great location, the staff tries hard. Not bad breakfasts, you won't go hungry.
Cons: not comfortable mattress, old rooms, 3-star cleaning, no sockets by the bed, but all this is compensated by the great location)
The room was great, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.
The location is very good, right at the entrance to the old town, very convenient. The hotel is relatively old and outdated. There are ants on the bed. Wonderful hotel, great location and lovely staff
Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. I would definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Baku :)

We stayed here for two nights during our holiday in Baku. They gave us a different room than the one we liked from the pictures; when we pointed it out, they were very helpful and changed it. The hotel is small, located north of the center. About 30 minutes on foot, we used a taxi (very cheap). The breakfast is excellent, there is everything - porridge, omelettes, fruits, pastries, etc. Cleaning is 5+. Administrator Seymour is a cutie 😊 helped us with moving to another room, fed us candies 😊
The cleanest, friendliest and most enjoyable stay I have encountered in a decade or more.
This hotel is 5 stars for comfort, homeliness, cleanliness, and a staff who genuinely care about you.
A rare find, indeed, but shushhhhh - don't tell everyone...!!! 💓
I am still here. Didn't need to wait until after I leave to write my review!!! I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff are all brilliant - so helpful and friendly. The cleanliness is like nothing I have experienced in all my years of travel. The Clock Tower is THE BEST. I am in love 💓💓💓
Way better than many famous hotels in the neighborhood that are offering 3x the price- this little hotel is trying to get higher ranking that's why they are offering absolutely great service for the price
The hotel is fantastic! Super clean, good location to nearby shops and restaurants, with friendly staff! I had a modern room with a great shower, with tea and water supplied in the room and the breakfast was tasty and very filling! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would use them again. Thank you :-)

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel itself is old and in dire need of a complete renovation. Soundproofing is abysmal. Cleaning was nonexistent. Breakfast was good. And there are no carpets on the floors in the rooms, as in the photos. The second-floor windows face the wall. But if you're just sleeping there, it's not a problem. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel.
The service and friendly attitude shown to the entire establishment during my stay was very good.
This style might be suitable for people who like antique decorating styles.
Location is great. Taxis cannit take you to the door
The property was safe, quiet, clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do in and around the old city. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Value for money. We are from South Africa and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is very close with bolt taxi to the old town. Save money and stay at this hotel for an authentic less touristy experience. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly, helpful and could speak English

Located inside Içerisehir, the old town of Baku. Large and clean rooms. Very helpful staff 24/7. Great view from the roof top.
Would recommend for everyone visiting Baku!
One of the best decisions we made was to stay in Baku Old Town and in this hotel. It's a heritage building, like all others in the Old Town, that has been done up well. But even better than that is the staff and the service. They were polite to a fault and very warm and welcoming. We were lucky to meet with the manager and her daughter Maya, the kitten. Don't miss the terrace - the views are amazing

The hotel has an elevator, and the staircases are open and easy to walk on. The breakfast is excellent, and the front desk and other staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's close to the old town and the pedestrian street, and taxis are readily available.
A nice hotel, except for the window issue and the toilet trash can not be opened. The staff is very friendly. Thanks to Ctrip, I got the city tax receipt. Baku is said to have many tricks, but this high-scoring hotel is still reassuring.
