I would like to acknowledge the entire breakfast team. (Adiba, Fathima, Debasish, Nabaka, Aanjana, Mehtab, JucJuc, Iheingi, Sabina and Jemima) please forgive me for any miss spelling of names. I would also like to state that Chef Eric is phenomenal. They are all so welcoming and helpful. Their positive attitudes, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set this establishment apart. They go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued, and their teamwork and professionalism reflect extremely well on the breakfast service as a whole.

It is a pleasure to be a resident here and knowing I will be greeted with excellent service and friendly smiles. Please recognize Pratima, Front Office Manager and her team. Ebrahim and Sujan who are so polite and keep our residents spotless. I wish that I could remember all the names of the people whom I have had the pleasure of meeting. So I will say that the City Center Hilton establishment and it's employees for their dedication and the high standard of service they provide on a daily basis.

Amazing hotel. Family friendly and luxurious. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend. Beach is very nice. Big family pool and big kids water park which includes slides. Nice adults pool and jacuzzi area.

This was my first time staying at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, and it certainly won’t be my last. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating.

I really appreciated the seamless valet service, there’s a QR code to request your car, and it was brought right to the hotel entrance by the time I arrived. The room was always spotless, with everything kept perfectly in place and thoughtfully organized. The attention to detail was impeccable, even down to neatly arranging and organizing charging cords.

Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive. Overall, an excellent experience and outstanding service.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Hands down. It lived up to the name and expectation and exceeded it. The location, the room, the design, lobby, service all along facilities perfection. It's a true peaceful urban resort, in the heart of the city, surrounded by greenery and water, with easy access to the avenue mall for all the shopping. I will definitely go back there again.
We tried all the restaurants. One better than the other. Innovative food with great quality and service.
Don't forget the pools, and the spa.

Our stay was wonderfull we loved everything and our 6months baby had the best time. The staff was very polite and nice. Just the food at the Asian restaurant (rooftop) was not 5* for the price they can do better.

The service is very good, there is a place for children to play, the service is also good, and the environment is first-class
