Great hotel and you cannot beat the convenience of the location. It came with speedy, personable, and hassle-free service at the reception desk and by staff, overall. Breakfast was your standard continental hotel fare. I would book here again for sure if I ever return to Bahrain.
The cleanliness of the room was less than perfect, but I don’t mind a bit of dust in the far corners. I’m only putting this out there for people that do.

I had an amazing trip in Bahrain and really enjoyed staying at Downtown Rotana. Everyone was super nice and friendly.
Big thanks to Ms. Loubna, Mr. Hussain, and Mr.Ali at the front desk. Also thanks to Mr.Habib you guys truly made it feel like my second home!

Great location near the gates of the old city. Beautiful view from the window.
The room is spacious and modern. Everything you need is included. The staff is helpful.
The breakfast is weak. There's a selection, but I'd like some variety and European cuisine. Still, it's a 5-star hotel.

The reception team, particularly Lubna and Sukayna, were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything i needed

Aladdin and Ranzy deserve special recognition. From the moment I checked in, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They handled every question with patience, offered helpful recommendations, and always greeted me with genuine smiles. It’s rare to find staff who make you feel both welcomed and well taken care of, and they absolutely did.

Excellent and luxurious, the entrance and exit were not crowded, and the best thing is its proximity to the Bahrain Gate for those who love the old market.
