I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
The service was absolutely excellent, and I would like to give special thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. She was attentive, helpful, and truly made a big difference in our experience

Beautiful hotel. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I forgot my bag in my room after check out and they went above and beyond to find it for me! The restaraunts were also sooo great! Breakfast was complementary and they even had a New Year's Eve dinner package. I would 100% stay again. Shout out to Doina! She was so sweet at the check in/check out desk

My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The front-desk staff was welcoming, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Sunshine, the housekeeper. She kept my room impeccably clean and paid attention to every detail. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in my stay. I’m grateful for her hard work and would definitely return!

The room was very comfortable and the hygiene was excellent! The heated pool felt lukewarm though. When I asked for a 30-minute late check-out, they happily agreed! All the staff were highly professional, and the breakfast spread was fantastic!
