Beautiful hotel. Classic. Moreover, great location. The mall is a five minute walk. Additionally, the staff are super friendly & accommodating. The manager was kind enough to allow early check-in & Mr Qotub was equally kind & granted me late check out. The kitchen staff were lovely as well. The chef left her kitchen to ask what kind of eggs I preferred.

The room was clean and with comfortable bed.
It’s was quite and the staff were friendly.
The AC was cold and no heater was available, hopefully they can fix it soon.

It was nice at the beginning but I notice the weather is wet and humid inside the room
The electricity broke and did not work at night so I had to move to another room which was inconvenient

There is no specific requirement of asking sea facing rooms and paying extra as all are sea facing.
Beauty everywhere because of the waterfront location.
In front of it is The water garden from where all boats and yachts are available, including water taxis.
Breakfast is wonderful covering all varieties of continental, over the counter like live items and Arabic.
Parking is vallet (free) or self parking all free and plenty of space available.
Love the place, vibes and will definitely come back

Nice hotel, clean, breakfast is worthy. Walking distance to city beach, city mall. Service is kind and impressive. Rooms are comfortable and we added 3rd bed for kids for a very comfy stay. Location is not the best as it is a bit isolated from sightseeing, but generally I would give 5 of 5.

Hello, I thank Brother Imad for his kindness, generosity, tact, and high professionalism. The only thing I have to note is the cleanliness of the room floors. For the second time, I notice that they are not clean. Please note that my visits are very frequent. The other observation is that there is a delay in the room service response, which takes an hour and a half until the item reaches you in the room. I ask you to pay more attention to cleaning the rooms and improving the service in a faster manner. Thank you

Have u ever seen a staff member. When u tell them u want ur coffee extra hot. They give it to u sooo cold, u cud gulp it down in one go?!?! Maybe they were scares id pour it in their faces. Hahah. Seriously. Cold coffee when u ask for extra hot. Happened to me every single time. Till I stopped going there altogether... =)

Good place to have a coffee and snacks. Price is on a higher side since its branded. The shop ambiance is good.

Been here many times. Good food, friendly service but don't go there when the place is crowded!
One star is missing because of the decrease in food portion size (previously a single dish with a side was enough for two, nowwith 2 sides it hardly does!)

Food was average. It took so long. The server was rude and trying to act funny. In addition it was expensive. Never again.
