I stayed here for a week during a business trip, and this was not my first visit. As always, the experience was exceptional. I’m sharing details from my most recent stay.
Check-in was quick and seamless. The team kindly took my luggage to my room while I went to check the training venue where we were hosting a four-day program. The venue was perfectly set up and met all our expectations. Kiran and Hassan were on-site and incredibly responsive to our last-minute requests, while Walid stayed in touch over the phone to ensure everything was exactly as we needed.
When my room key didn’t work, I stopped by the front desk and Rammah immediately reactivated it and also set it up on the mobile app. Just minutes after I got to my room, he called to check if everything was fine and to see if I needed anything—such a thoughtful touch.
Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional—from the front desk team to events and F&B, and the restaurant staff where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch every day. This level of care and consistency is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay here at the Westin. One thing that stands out is the wonderful customer service. Mohsin was polite and very helpful. Staff at the front desk did alot to help may recover lost bags from the airline. Thankyou to you all.

During my stay at The Westin Bahrain, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sleeping pillows, and the floor was not properly cleaned. We reported this matter to the manager and requested that he personally check and smell the odor. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expected standards of the hotel

Breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful in making omelets and providing superb service.

There was no hot water when we checked in and I took bath in cold water. It hen I called room service to fix the problem and the technician took about 40 to 60 minutes to change the part with lots of noise. When he finished his work then we had to call room service again to clean up the bath room. Water tank on flush was ver slow and the technician also fix that.
The bath cabin had space between door which drains water to main bath room. I called the manager to register the complaint but he didn’t show up.

I had an excellent experience at the Westin Hotel thanks to Emad. He was wonderful, extremely helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Emad helped me with logistics and essentially rescued my flight by handling everything so professionally and calmly. His capability and attention to detail were outstanding. Even after I had checked out, he made sure all my things were taken care of and that everything was completed properly. His support made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Arvind has been has been a wonderful help and service, making sure my room is up to date, clean the way I like it and most importantly comfortable for my stay. I will recommend Arvind every time I need my room cleaned.

Although I always had high opinion about westin but this time was a huge disappointment. The service desk doesn't answer your calls. If you are lucky u may get through. When I complaint they conveniently said that they answered but I kept disconnecting. What an excuse. When I checked in, they said we have added the breakfast as per my booking but when I went for breakfast it wasn't there. So had to go to front desk who apologised and then added. The breakfast spread is very limited. In fact le meridian which is attached to the hotel is cheaper, better service and has better spread of breakfast and other menu. I highly recommend le meridian over westin.

Convenient Westin in Bahrain; booked three paid nights for 2 a.m. flight (stayed in room), but only two credited. Understands policy nuances, hopeful for discretionary adjustment per common practice. Service inconsistencies included indifferent staff, sharp/rushed check-in, and club lounge that was inconsistent across visits, then overcrowded and poorly managed. The adjacent Le Méridien Bahrain City Centre far exceeded expectations with warmer, more welcoming service.

Been here many times. Good food, friendly service but don't go there when the place is crowded!
One star is missing because of the decrease in food portion size (previously a single dish with a side was enough for two, nowwith 2 sides it hardly does!)

Food was average. It took so long. The server was rude and trying to act funny. In addition it was expensive. Never again.

Have u ever seen a staff member. When u tell them u want ur coffee extra hot. They give it to u sooo cold, u cud gulp it down in one go?!?! Maybe they were scares id pour it in their faces. Hahah. Seriously. Cold coffee when u ask for extra hot. Happened to me every single time. Till I stopped going there altogether... =)
