Had a very exceptional stay at Solymar. Staff was super friendly and helpful; the bengali guy at the rooftop bar had very good service. The rooms were gorgeous and clean

Everything was good regarding the hotel. Location is good for shopping. But I do not expect this kind of behavior from the egyptian duty manager who had followed me to the pool and asked my room key card

The rooms were spacious with a nice city view, and ample parking is available with security on-site. There was some noise at night, but it's manageable if you stay up late

All staff were good especially who check me in, the reception manager and the Nepali receptionist, both were very kind enough to make my 2 days stay comfortable and safe

Nice near to city centre. Such as Bab-Al Bahrain, Mana souq , Hajis cafe & many more. Mr Shoaid is nice person, he arranged every thing which i want during my stay.

It's close to the bus terminal and the market, so it's great for sightseeing. The night view is beautiful. However, the bar next door is quite noisy at night.

In front of it is The water garden from where all boats and yachts are available, including water taxis. Breakfast is wonderful covering all varieties of continental, over the counter like live items and Arabic

Water water everywhere! There is no specific requirement of asking sea facing rooms and paying extra as all are sea facing. Beauty everywhere because of the waterfront location

More than just nice! While the hotel itself was pleasant, the true highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. The reception team, particularly Mica, went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness

The room was clean and with comfortable bed. It’s was quite and the staff were friendly. The AC was cold and no heater was available, hopefully they can fix it soon.

The hotel in general is very suitable for singles and families. It is more than wonderfully organized. I liked the place and loved the staff, their treatment is elegant

Parking is vallet (free) or self parking all free and plenty of space available. Love the place, vibes and will definitely come back

The whole hotel staff is busy with the wedding I arrived after check in time and wouldn’t allow to get in due to unknown reasons. One person said room isn’t ready

I used the swimming pool a few times, and it was a great place to relax and cool off on hot days. The gym was also well-equipped, and I had a good workout there

From reservations handled smoothly by Ziban and Asep, to Ayush for the warm welcome and ongoing support, to Beverly at the front desk for her professionalism and hospitality, and to Sandeep from housekeeping for excellent and responsive service

Apart from the view and the proximity to the mall, the price is a bit expensive. The facilities are average and there is not even a bathtub

But the only good thing is that it is close to the mall and there is a dedicated staircase down to the mall

Nice location and everything is good, for sure I’ll come back to this hotel 💕

Every thing wonderful and exciting

Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service

I stayed recently at Ramee Grand Hotel seef the hotel was good. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. They do have a good swimming pool and spa

All ok , the Japanese restaurant at the top of the hotel was really good

The room is large and clean, I had one issue which you can hear very clearly the sound of neighbour when they go to the bathroom 😏. Breakfast need huge improvement, not for 5 stars hotel at all, very basic choices.

Overall it was a good experience from Check-In to Check-Out, I would try to visit again with the same rate. Rooms Cleanliness and the Room size are the top things which will bring me back !!!
