Excellent Hotel, between two metro/tram stations , so it was easy to get around the town. The restaurant was really good, the manager was particularly helpful and nice. Walking distance to some great shops and restaurants.

I made it very clear before booking that working air-conditioning was non-negotiable. I asked multiple times, and each time I was reassured: “Yes, the AC works 100%.” That was a lie.
I arrived in the middle of July, during the peak of summer, and the air-conditioning didn’t work at all. Not even slightly. The room was hot, stuffy, and completely uncomfortable. I barely slept. My entire night was ruined.
This isn’t some minor issue — in this kind of heat, it’s essential. Being dishonest about something this basic is unacceptable. You don’t tell a guest the AC works just to secure a booking, then leave them sweating through the night.
I will absolutely never stay here again, and I would strongly advise others to stay away unless you enjoy being lied to and sweating through your sleep.

The location of the room is very good, close to major attractions. The environment is clean and tidy, and the front desk reception service is also very enthusiastic. If I go to Brussels, Belgium next time, I will still choose this hotel to stay.

Room and building are almost clean. It takes 10 min from La Grand Palace, It's not so far. If you want to go to the Central station, using the underground is very nice.
