Had a fantastic stay at the Brussels Marriott Hotel! The location is superb, within walking distance of Grand Place and the Manneken Pis, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety, and the Belgian waffles were authentic. Overall, it was clean and quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Brussels. Highly recommended!

The location is good, walking distance to most of the attractions in the city. The staffs are helpful and guided us through the transportation, and other cities that we can explore during our stay at Belgium.

Hotel bathroom water closet is always leaking with water even if not flushed.
2: the shower is terrible. It’s either too hot or too cold and the water pressure is minimal. For my two days stay there I always couldn’t finish shower I have to leave the bathroom with soap all over my body.
3: basic amenities such as ear bud and wiping pad couldn’t be provided even though after I requested it never arrived. Overall I am very disappointed. Despite the perfect location. The Marriott hotel could do better .
