Located in the old part of Bansko, 800 meters from the ski lift, 162 km away from airport Sofia.

I have been lied that I was able, although the trip was paid, to reschedule the dates as they remain open for whenever I decide to use the booking. A few months later the property gave me non existing phone numbers to call, a few calls later they have told me that it is now late and I cannot claim a stay. Super incorrect behaviour considering the Covid 19 situation. Zero empathy.

Very, very nice hotel, now its name is Asteri. Only a minute or two away from the very center of Bansko! Cozy! It has a SPA center, shuttle to the Gondola lift. Very delicious breakfast! I recommend! Very helpful staff! One of the very few hotels in Bansko, working during the pandemic lockdown! The owners are very pleasant people! Great choice! And really good prices.

Super nice rooms and very good service.

Very rude reception staff! He lies and misleads the guests. He wants more money than tariff services. Saves useful information for guests. He doesn't even know when the gondola opens! The rooms are worn and moldy. Food is scarce and monotonous. The TV is very old.

Nothing special. Quite run down. Food is good and staff is mostly friendly. Breakfast only starts at 8, which is very inconvenient if you want to ski. No possibility whatever l whatsoever to get your breakfast earlier in a box of something. It was OK, but we wouldn't repeat our stay.
