The hotel had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful in broken English. All we had to do was ask for a lift up to the slopes and the mini bus would take us up. 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the gondola. The hotel is situated away from the main resort in the quieter part of town which was great to get away from all the noise but still be relatively close. The facility’s were very functional. I would return if I come back to Bansko again.

Clean small hotel. Rooms are equipped with small fridge. Fine restaurant. Be aware that apartments are on the top floor and there's no lift, so you have to climb your luggage on the stairs. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty, but staff is really friendly and helpful.The pool outside is clean and the garden is beautiful. Parking is small and most of the time full.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and super kind stuff! The food is ok, the outdoor space - very well organized and maintained. The hotel is super comfortable for group workouts. We got there on a motorbike and had the option to keep it inside the yard for batter safety. The stuff was very understanding and helpful!

The rooms where warm and quite spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Bonus for the kitty in the reception desk. I would appreciete if we had a proper shower since the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. Average breakfast and a bit far from the center of bansko, but for the price it is quite good.I would go again

We stayed there for two nights and the experience was nice! The room was clean, the breakfast was pleasant and we had a great time at the hotel's facilities such as the spa and the sauna. The staff was friendly and willing to help us. However, except for one lady who was fluent in English and we could speak easily with her, the rest of the workers spoke little or no English and we could not communicate with them, which eventually became difficult for us.

Very comfortable rooms and they do have double rooms ! This is very comfortable for my family :) Almost impossible to find this kind of comfort in Bansko.

Nice hotel, service is great! The gym is perfect for any kind of sports, wrestling, bjj, yoga, you name it! Perfect for organizing sport camps or events.
