Apartment Hotels in Nessebar

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I can say it was quite a strange experience. We didn’t pay much, so we weren’t expecting luxury, but some aspects were not the most pleasant. Since the receptionist didn’t give us all the necessary information at check-in, we had to go back and ask about breakfast times, where it’s served, when check-out is, and if they could refill the soap in the room, as the dispenser...

Liked · Awesome view from he apartment and terrace/balcony. Very comfortable bed. Helpful hosts. Probably most convenient place in New Nessebar for the beach and reaching the Old Nessebar. Great pool. Definitely recommend and will be back if in Nessebar. 2-5 minutes walk to supermarket. 2-5 minutes to the beach. 10-15 to Old Nessebar. Do not miss Street Otec Paisij - best place to get wuality and at...

Hotel is actually ok, but depending on who is in duty , service can be ridiculeous. It is not an high end hotel, but ok fuctionning air conditionning, clean, good beds . The pool is cold and place can be hard to find in season. The good thing is that it is located a few steps from the beach, a quick walk to the old city and close to Bus stop and restaurants. So overall ok , but not up high standard

Stayed 6/25 almost 2 weeks in double room suit. Modern rooms, full AC and fridge, reliable room service. Parking garage available non complimentary. Decent gym (cardio and muscle), non heated pool approx 20 m. Hotel restaurant is outside the hotel. Sea front but kind of semi cellar design ...

Paradiso Aparthotel in Nessebar is a stylish and modern accommodation option that offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for a seaside holiday. Perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and close to Nessebar’s charming Old Town, it provides easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The aparthotel features a range of accommodations including double rooms...

My favorite hotel in Nessebar. I will definitely be coming back next year! The apartments are the best choice, especially for longer stays. The hotel and its staff are most welcoming, there are many options for an extremely comfortable stay. There's great care for the customer and you have freedom to order food from different places.

The room was very clean and the staff frequently changed the sheets and gave us fresh towels. The pool is just downstairs and the beach is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Nice place with few notable things Apollo was nice place. Air conditioning was our top priority and it worked perfectly! There was laundry machine at the apartment which was also a big plus. Although it was left wet and closed so it smelled a bit bad in the beginning. Few empty rounds with high temp and it was ok. Beds were mediocre for big guys like us but I can't say it was bad. Pool area is nice...

8 of us travelled for a week in Bulgaria, Hotel was very clean and tidy, staf were really helpful. All inclusive buffet was a decent standard. On site A la catre restaurant was lovely. Good pool and large outdoor bar area.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday.

The food is mainly good but it's very repetitive. The room are ok, but the mattresses are no good, especially if you have back pain. The room service is nice but they don't clean your room for the whole of your stay which is a bit of an issue when you stay for 2 weeks. Staff is nice but most of them have limited to non English, but you can have support at the reception. The hotel is 6 minutes walking...

Nice location - quiet but point to all kinds of transport - bus, mini train. Perfectly clean hotel and all hotel area. Food very tasty and various. Thematic nights in the dinner time. Very polite staff, all people working there want that you feel very special. I will highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

The Hotel is with a great location. Rooms are cleaned each and every day, spacious... Amazingly soft bed mattresses. The chef is from Turkey, so you get the best of the Mediterranean cuisine, drinks are on the house all day long, very generous and friendly bartender. Amazing, simply amazing..

This is the second time we have visited Rose Apartments and once again we were impressed. I should start by adding this is a budget choice accommodation so don't expect fancy bathroom accessories, champagne on arrival or room service. What you do get is a clean apartment, wonderful staff and an all inclusive package that includes local spirits (yuk), beer (yummy) and soft drinks. The food was good...

All hotel staff, especially the girls in the bar, very nice and smiling. Rooms clean and tidy, the cleaning ladies do it with accuracy. The Lord who cleans the plates after the meals is also deserving of praise, because the table was always clean. The advantage of the hotel is the location close to the beach and two swimming pools on the premises. My only reservation is to the food as there was little...

Great place low price near beach very nice ppl run the place

Very spacious + clean apartments with big balconies to sit out. Very friendly staff who always do their best to help out. Highly Recommended.

Very good place to stay close to nessebar and sunny beach. Very clean has a good pool bar with very nice food. Close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is quite basic but adequate, room spacious & very clean, It would be quite a challenge to cooks a meal with limited utensils but numerous restaurants very close to hotel. Please be aware that rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy from the main road which runs past the hotel, we moved room to the back of the hotel, we were offered a choice, breakfast was quite good the usual kind of thing...

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. It's location was another advantage you easily can get by foot with children the free zone on cute Kiko beach or have the evening breathtaking promenade...

Excellent value for money, bed not the most comfortable but was okay. Great location, a 10 minute bus ride from Sunny Beach centre & Nessebar + nearest beach 10 minute walk away. Supermarket & Well stocked pharmacy 5 minute walk. Local bars & Restaurants all along main road + lots more in sunny beach & Nessebar. Found the locals welcoming and not at all rude . Sunny Beach centre OTT but surrounding...

Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

Self catering budget apartments run by friendly staff and very suited to young families. Basic accommodation which has everything you need for a self catering holiday. However rooms could do with a bit of TLC as is shown on the photos. Beds did the job for our week stay but mattresses were different sizes and stained. In fact main mattresses really needed replaced but instead a mattress topper was...

Very spacious apartments with balconies and an outdoor pool. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices

A lovely and calm family hotel, away from the noise of Sunny Beach. The beach itself is on a 5min slow walk. Very kind hotel team. Amenities are good, our kids love the pool (and there is toddlers section too).

Rooms are okay. Breakfast lunch and dinner permanent 3-4 options every day same food. Worst food I ever had.

The breakfast was almost the same every day — fairly tasty, but nothing special, and not very varied. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, in our room, the bathroom was quite small, and there seemed to be an issue with the bathtub — possibly cracked or leaking — as a lot of water would accumulate on the floor after showering. Overall...

Nice hotel, unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff.

Very good plays, the rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. They can do espresso coffee, not instant one.

spacious room and cleaned every day, friendly staff, good food and close to the beach

For 3 stars good hotel. Nothing fancy, but all ok. Rooms they clean everyday. Sometimes in bathrooms was unpleasant smell of canalization. Stuff nice and frendly. Pool and area clean. Food normal, just all reapeted so was boring. Location good.

It is a great location. A lot off greenery and privacy. Great pleace for every one, couple, family or friends. The pool area is quite large and the best thing is that they have a separate pool for children and a jacuzzi with hot water. The apartment was very spacious, the fact that it has separate bedrooms is the most suitable. Also, the 2-bedroom apartment also had 2 bathrooms, which helps a lot

It is a great complex with beautiful garden, lagoon swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and playground and swimming pool for children . Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The apartments are very stylish and fully equipped.

Very nice hotel with a perfect swimming pool. You've got everything you need in the room and the price is very cheap. It's a bit far from the center but not so much.

There is a dispute going on between the owners of the biulding and a serving company that they have ended a contract with. This is causing guests unwanted hassle. There was no TV or Internet in the room even tho it was advertised. I believe the total summ was overpriced. I spoke with the owner an got a partial refund.

we were there in the winter so there wasn't much to do in the actual hotel. The staff was nice We had all we needed It came with everything in the pictures

We are staying at these apartments at the moment. It is run by a lovely couple who are friendly and welcoming.. We are staying in a double standard .the room is clean and spacious. This is my first time staying in these apartments the apartments it has a bar and restaurant. The apartments are very clean and has air conditioning. Also very quiet area but easy to get to everything The 2 security men...

My friend marie and I stayed in these apartments for a week the room was cleaned every day we had food at the bar is was very. Nice the staff were so helpful and friendly we definitely be going back thanks to all the staff for makein are stay a good one from Esther and marie from Ireland

Second time here and another great stay! Marieta and Teodor are fantastic and very helpful.

Just spent a week here, lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Room cleaned every day. 10 mins walk to beach and around 20 min walk to main street where bars, clubs and restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again.

Im still here, thankfully, this is the cleanest, frienliest hotel iv ever stayed in, rooms huge, i have a sofa on my balcony, pools lovely foods great. Without a doubt the best cheap/value hotel iv ever stayed in

Hotel needs total refreshment, just screaming for that. What is still make it go is bunch of youngsters without experience and knowledge how to do that. Rooms are spaceous and clean with aircondition , food served is nice and on time and extras finish here. Problems with check in,no wi-fi in all hotel, no big screens for sports, poor animation program, vent in toilets not always working and etc. So...

The hotel looks good but the bed is really old and sunk in. In the room there are 3 sockets but they are to far away from the bed. The cleaners only make the bed (badly) and change the towels. Pool is clean and swimmable. Food here is great but on somedays the variety isn't as great. The beach is really close. Staff barely knows any english. The cocktails in the bar are disgusting. The alcohol in...

We have been resting there for three years in a row. The children are delighted. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty. The reception has very good specialists, thank you Shamito for the very quick check-in and solving our personal requests ❤️I recommend the hotel

This hotel is a great one but I don't recommend it. I gave it 3 stars because: 1. The canteen is outside of the hotel, which makes it get +1 star from me. The food is amazing and super delicious I loved it. that adds another star for the food too. 2. The pool is super cool and the activities people have every day at that pool, swimming exercises competitions over winning the most points etc. The...

We made the reservation for Nessebar Beach Hotel Sunny Beach, however 2 days prior that due to partial hotel installation failure(a reason we were told) we were redirected and booked to Trakia plaza. Upon check in at Trakia plaza Hotel we witnessed similar situation to ours (the Receptionist was convincing another Bulgarian guest (not sure if the guest was trying to check in or already staying in...

Very nice hotel. Had a perfect rest with my girlfriend here. This hotel has perfect meals. Personnel is very nice and smiley. We love them very much.

The most perfect place on earth. Where do I begin? We stayed as a family in deluxe apartment 11 303. Wow WOW!!! Absolutely stunning. The views from the apartment were stunning and the apartment itself had everything we needed and more. Staff were extremely friendly and worked very hard. I had a lot of experiences with all the staff in the restaurant and pool bar and found them all very friendly and...

Clean quiet and very nice pool , 10 min walk from Sunny beach

Noisy place Very noisy we had difficulty sleeping at 1am due to lots of children crying

Had a fantastic time here. One bed apartment was great for us (family of 3) and no issues over changes of linen or loo rolls others have mentioned. We booked a package with Balkans so not sure if that made a difference. Some key things to note if you’re looking: Security is excellent. Always a security guard on duty and a receptionist. So secure many people just left their pushchairs outside their...

Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year.

Pool was excellent and the room was beautiful. Always plenty sunbeds.had a wonderful 2 weeks away again with this apartment. And the weather was hot hot hot.the staff are lovely and the cleaners are nice .going back again next year,I think we are going back here not sure yet.

My 16 year old daughter and I loved this resort. We visited Aug 25 so high season. We booked a large delux studio with Jet2. The accommodation was brilliant. Very modern and spacious with a huge balcony (we were on 6th floor). Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in immediate area or it was a 10 minute walk to the beach front with lots more restaurants and bars. We usually had no problem getting a...

Can't fault it other than the bed. THE BED WAS LIKE A CONCRETE SLAB. i bought a lilo and slept on that for the week. Well equipped u name it had it all. Tv worked then didn't but other than that room fantastic. Pool areas varied and amazing.

We came for a 10 day stay, arrived at 11pm with a map drawn of how to get to our room, in the pitch black, after finding the building we then went into the lift as we were on the 6th floor, this then broke down into pitch black. It was never fixed the whole holiday so up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Bedding and towels changed once. Even had to go out and buy our own toilet roll...

Nice complex but very hard to navigate when you get there in the dark. We were given a map which wasn’t very helpful. Not enough lighting and no signs directing you. It took us over an hour to find the room and that was only because two boys directed us. The security staff were not very helpful either. The complex itself was too far away from the beach and restaurants. The room was dark due to all...

We booked a Large Studio Deluxe, and when we checked in we got a 2 Bedroom Apartment. More that happy, it was clean and had all the essentials. I would only say it was very basic, could do with lamps next to the bed (had to get out to turn the light off) and could do with abit of art work etc to soften. We were in Block 15 floor 4. Fortunately we were right next to the last pool with the bar (we don...

Good resort with a good choice of pools, wasn’t too busy for end of August. Breakfast dining area was quite poor the choice and quality of food wasn’t good at all, I advise anyone staying here to go off the site for good quality of food and drinks and service. The main Italian restaurant was average, the service and quality was hit and miss and sometimes we waited quite a while for dishes to come out...

Monte Carlo Harmony the best resort, very luxury, love it ♡

Always hard to write a review because mostly it's relative to your expectations, and I have to bear in mind this was our visit to Bulgaria, having previously had family (young kids) beach holidays in Portugal, Cyprus, Greece and Spain. On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e.g. Harmony Suites we paid a similar price...

Very friendly staff, booked us in 2 hours earlier as the room was available. Rooms are clean, housekeeping and everything working. Compare to other places in Bulgaria these people know how to offer good customer service. Any issues resolved fast. I was happy to stay there and girls at reception and bar, do a fantastic job.

Recommend to visit this place!

Exelent Aparthotel! very easy to get in there, just 10min walking to the beach. Hotel garden very well mantained, with tematic zones. Very nice Swiming pool with out door jaccuzzi.

Went into this hotel grounds on a random really as we were hot, hungry and thirsty and just walking past. The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. Clever guy. The homemade lemonade was tasty and refreshing and the salad and toasties were lovely too.

Low cost good clean not great for self-catering only a hob kettle toaster

brilliant place the restaurant there has to be the best on sunny beach..t bone steak amazing NEVER got one bad plate of food..BRILLIANT

Very nice personnel, location is within walking distance of the beach (800m). The pool is lovely on warm summer days. The room is nice, but consuming media is though because of the very old tv (one of the big ones, from back in the day)

Good size apartment. Very clean. Staff very friendly. The poolside bar is very cheap, seving good food and drinks... happy hour is all day!

GREAT people go out of there way for you love it

We stay for 2 weeks with 3kids Everything was there what you need View from the balcony's sea and mountains, sunny beach

We found the apartments last minute before our stay. We liked the peace, proximity to the beach, parking and a nearby store. The apartments are fresh with comfy beds, good AC and decently sized fridges. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed on the last floor with no elevator, but we had a decent sea view.

The apartments are very close to the sea, the rooms are clean, reception is also very friendly. The only thing is that you can hear outside in your room, but not a big deal for us. For the price it is a good suggestion. Thank you Oxygen Apartments, we enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation. Apartment is big and clean, we had everything needed. Green areas outside, nice place for kids. The beach is very close, probably 5 minute walk. The host is also very nice, he is willing to help and provided us with useful information about the area. There is a nice restaurant with sea view nearby and supermarket just across the street. I recommend for a family stay with kids.

The apartment is modern and clean, in a new building close to the beach. The apart-hotel is suitable for familys with kids, away from Sunny Beach noise, at a decent price. Very friendly staff.

Very much looking forward to our trip to the Sunny Victory in August the year... Just though I would put this out there for the first time travellers to these apartments. My family has been several times now and have never been disappointed with the experience, you will have a great time at the Sunny Victory rest assured. Trust the positive reviews, have a wonderful holiday….

Brilliant place clean comfortable and friendly with great staff and owners lovely pools and pool bar some excellent bars and restaurants very close lira bar and friends are the best we had a top holiday thank you so very much Steve ,Jen and max

What a great holiday!! If you’re looking to relax but with the busy bars nearby then these apartment are the place for you. Cons: room was a little dated and pillows weren’t the best. Not much in the way of cooking utensils although plenty of pans and cutlery. We had a toaster, kettle, 2 rings and microwave plus a full size fridge and plenty of freezer space. Pros: we stayed in s 1-bedroom apartment...

We have visited this hotel on three occasions and each visit exceeds the previous. The staff are reception staff are friendly and always willing help. It is kept very clean and the apartments are well kitted out.

Amazing pools and staff , huge guys! Thank you fore the great holiday . I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

I was in this wonderful aparthotel with my kids in June. We spent an unforgettable time in the apartments! Our apartment was clean, specious, every day cleaning! Wonderful restaurant with tasty meal and of course help of Myroslav in every question! We completely satisfied with everything Will definitely come back! Thank You for your service

Amazing place! The rooms with sea view are totally worth it, staff was extremely polite and it’s close to the beach. What could you possibly want more? ☺️ I recommend it!

Its absolutely brilliant place you are 5min walk to the beach ⛱ 😀

+ Restaurant service and food was very good ( cheers to Mr. Ivan) + Mr. Raykov ( reception was friendly and helpful) - Room was not really clean when we arrived - Sink from kitchen was broken - Housekeeping service was poor

We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee. Host was kind and my stay was really enjoyed here.

Great location, amazing peace and quiet, actual relation . Staff was very kind. Food from the cafe of the complex was extremely tasty and spot on the price. Really chuffed. Already recommended to a lot of people. Will be visited next summer for sure again.

Happy with the service. Is the second summer rest they have planned this year to come. Nice smiling staff, quiet and peaceful place.

Calm and quiet place surrounded by nature. On the South side of the complex, overlooking the sea, from the North to the mountains. The complex is always cleaned, the pool water is always clean, nice to swim and sunbathe. The road is not in very good condition, but maybe it's for the best, as there is constantly passing cars, polluting the air and Narusawa silence. The sea is a 7-minute walk away and...

It was an amazing experience once in a lifetime. I’ve never been on a holiday like it it was spectacular.

Beautiful place amazing service very clean and amazing food 100% recommend

Love this place ❤️ good food, nice rooms, great SPA and massage, very good and polite service. I recomend very much 👌

Really amazing service , I come to Bulgaria alone and met Arik who was super friendly and professional and made me feel welcome

Nice service, pleasant place for relax and recharging .

Third time staying in this complex. Although it's maybe 20 years old ,we still really like it ,especially the saunas, the Russian baths, the indoor pool the outdoor pools when they're open, the several restaurants and it's proximity to Ravda ,which is a quieter relatively local seaside town, though still making its living from us tourists. Also ,it's Bulgarian culture ,which is pleasantly different...

Great and big wellness and 25m inside pool (outside is also a lot pools).many different saunas also great Russia Baňa. Fantastic massage of legs from Christo. And nice soil cave.

We have visited this hotel complex several times, but we have never stayed at the hotel. We specifically come only for the SPA, so my low rating applies solely to the SPA. That said, the territory is very large and beautiful, and I’m sure it’s a wonderful place to spend time overall. That being said, I would like the SPA staff to turn on the steam room and saunas in advance. If you come to the sauna...

The massage was amazing. We did the experience with the bath - and the water was extremely hot so if you're sensitive to heat be careful and ask for less hot water. But the massage and exfoliating scrub was 10/10

I like the place very family oriented. The room had beoken furniture and we wanted a double bed and received two single beds, very common thing in Bulgaria. The restaurant breakfast was very good and the personnel's attitude very attentive. The passage to the ⛱️ beach was not well signed and we lost some time to reach the public beach and we never got to find the private access. As the path Signaled...

Amazing location, gorgeous view, really 1 minute walk to the main St Vlas beaches, closed private territory , we loved it!!

Modern aparthotel, with a very beautiful swimming pool but the water is quite cold (not heated at all). The worst part is the lack of parking spaces.

I was totally won over by the Dolce Vita 2. It is definitely the best apartment hotel in Sveti Vlas. Above all, I really liked the proximity to the fine sandy beach with restaurants, bars, very nice staff and children's attractions. In addition, the inner courtyard with the beautiful palm and olive trees gives a pleasant Mediterranean feeling. The pool area gives a wonderful panorama over the black...

It was our 6th visit to this hotel, second time this summer! We kinda feel like home here. Initially the room we requested was not available, but the reservation agent did everything, so we can move into the room we requested the next day.

Dolce Vita 1. Good but a little tatty or worn out in places. Low quality furnishing but does the job ok. NOT for anyone that can't handle Hills and steps/slopes. Beautiful scenery and decent enough beach close by help. Aparments have a couple of small pools too which don't seem to get that busy it seems. Aircon in most that I can see which is a boon when it's hot.
