I was really looking forward to my visit little did I know that it shut down end of September, We arrived late and was greeted by a security guard who was nice, on reception was victor a lovely young man very helpful, as it was late we received a brown paper bag either some food in, bread bun, butter, apple, cake, croissant and bottle of water it was basic but enough, The room was on par with travel lodge, we were on 3rd floor overlooking waste land at the front of the hotel and had a very small balcony it was cramped with 2 people on it, not that we could sit out the weather was very cloudy and windy. Yea and coffee and water were available through water dispenser and hot drinks machine on each corridor, not very pleasant for the people in the room opposite as it was very noisy, The hotel was very clean and our cleaner was lovely, foyer area and public areas were really clean, Food was plentiful and the cakes were amazing along with the watermelon, all drinks were self served, To be honest I sick of the sight of food by the end of the week. We made use of the indoor pool which was lovely, We were booked in till 1st October but hotel closed on 30th September So staff were surprised we were still there however we were looked after there was 12people left till late , We were there as the staff party was starting it was lovely to see them all coming in dressed up and I think it is a lovely thing for the company to do for them to be honest I wanted to stay and dance the night away with them, Would I return? No that’s only because it’s not for me, if I had young children I would probably feel different the water slides looked amazing, Don’t go late September

Currently staying here and hotel is not bad but the food needs to improve. Not much option for vegetarians apart from pizza chips and bread. Some salad. Does not cater for Indians.

'm just back from my 10th Travel dept holiday, and I won't be back with you again. Six of us arrived at 11.30 pm in hotel in Bulgaria last Tuesday 16th, having booked three rooms with sea views and balconies, only to be told that two of the couples had to SHARE a room. One couple expected to stay in small dingy kids beds, no windows, dirty bed linen, diseased looking sofa outside the room, frayed tatty appearance in general. To expect two couples to SHARE a room was absolutely unforgivable. By the time it was apparent there was nothing the hotel would do, it was after midnight, too late to try elsewhere. We looked up flights home.

Don't waste your money.... Not 5 star. So here we go, we turned up late from our flight to be given a food bag at reception with a rock hard bread bun and a bottle of water. Staff are very rude and ignorant. Food looks good but that's as far as I will go. If you want to be sober then this is holiday for you. There is loads of alcohol drinks, cocktail, one choice of beer and gin ect but it's all watered down. I'm still here writing this review and have noticed people buying bottles of booze from local shops says it all really. Room is absolutely disgusting. No kettle or water and empty fridges that don't work and it's not just my room it's my wife's to as we got big family and need 2 rooms. A travel lodge is better than this place. PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY when booking a holiday here. I will say one good thing, the beach is lovely and black sea warmer than pool.

Went here for the first time in 2022 with some friends and met the love if my life here. Excepting our first child in October! The hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable and the water pressure of the shower is amazing. The food quality is good and always something good to eat around since there are food stand all over the place, its a connecting hotel with the mare and palace and u can use facilities of all 3 of the hotels and the beach. We are planning to do our honeymoon here and definitely bring our daughter when she is a bit older would recommend thia hotel for every age !

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic, and the animators organized fun contests, morning workouts, and water slides. And there was so much more! A paradise for both children and adults.

All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. It's impossible to try and enjoy the outsides without sitting in a cloud of smoke. Other than that an OK experience for the price. Clean public areas and restaurants. OK food, Italian resturante I would even go as fare as say it's good. Older room standard but still ok. Nice beach, fresh but cold outdoor pools. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for families with older teenagers, but families with small kids, absolutely. As long as you like to smoke or inhale other people's smoke.

Maybe the best all-inclusive hotel at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There are so many kiosks in the garden where you can eat various and delicious food like paella, panini, burgers, fish and chips, etc. The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels).
The variety of food is excellent in the main restaurant. It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high. However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste...
