Aqua Paradise Resort & Aqua Park in Nessebar

We were so excited to come on this holiday after doing a day trip to the water park last year in August. We were not disappointed this time around. The hotel was amazing, clean, fresh and a perfect fit for families. The room was perfect for our family of 4 which included a 3 year old and 6 month old. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was to your all inclusive standard. Buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner with a theme every night. Two pool side snack bars- the pizza is delicious! We stayed by the children pool with all the activities. The purple people really made the holiday and made my little boy feel so special. We loved winning the certificates and being able to go on stage on a night to collect. The games were awesome! My husband loved the diving (spoons) game! The entertainment on a night was great and brilliant variety during the time we were there. We even joined in the battle of the sexes! The water park was incredible, and due to it being end of season there was no queuing for any of the slides even the popular big ones. It was an incredible holiday and my favourite to date. I can imagine going during school holidays July-August would be a different experience as the buffet restaurant did get busy on a night and there was far less people at the water park this time around compared but it was just the best time. Would 100% recommend.

We visited this hotel after my parents stayed last year with our daughter, and of course, the price was right. We arrived late evening, approx 25 minutes transfer time, we were first hotel drop off, quick and easy check in, staff were pleasant, as restaurants were closed, we were offered a snack bag and a bottle of water. Hotel is huge, we had a room in main building which was modern and clean and overlooking the pool, the extra bed was a double sofa bed which was ample for our 11 year old. Room was cleaned daily, clean towels daily and sheets were changed 4 times during our week stay. Main Restaurant- does get busy at peak times but we never struggled to get a table, we liked to sit outside and we always found a table outside. Food choices were plentiful and tasty. It was lukewarm, however, this is the Bulgarian way. There was prosecco on offer at each breakfast serving, i was in heaven, and a different choice of drink each evening depending on theme. Pool- me and my partner are early risers so we were always awake in time to ‘reserve’ a sunbed, this isn’t necessary unless you want a particular spot, there are plenty of sunbeds even in peak season, however, some werent in the best position. The purple people worked their socks off day and night with entertainment, there were plenty of activities and games to do during the day. Waterpark- free unlimited access with hotel, entrance past the kids club. We spent 3 full days here, it does get extremely busy as it is also open to the public. There is a bus outside of reception that takes you into Old Nessebar, payable at reception, definitely worth a look, some stunning restaurants over looking the sea. We also visted Rvada beach which is approximately a 15 minute easy walk from hotel, lovely beach, but again, gets very busy, huge inflatable in the sea which our daughter loved, 40 lev for full day use. I would definitely return to this hotel and to Bulgaria, its a beautiful country.

Now, where do we start… This was my Partners and my first All-Inclusive holiday and we weren’t expecting it to be a brilliant as it was! We didn’t really know what to expect. To begin with, we arrived during Lunch hours and once we received our AI wristband we were told to get something to eat as our room wasn’t ready yet, the food was very tasty! It’s Buffet style food for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, although certain foods are repeated we always found something new to eat or try as they had “themed” evenings! Hats off to the chefs as we didn’t have a night where we went hungry! We think it’s a brilliant idea to have a Fusion and Italian restaurant on site - that you have to book - as it breaks up the week of always eating in the same place! Going back to our check-in, we were greeted off the Coach transfer by lovely, smiley, front of house workers who, once we had eaten, told us the direction of our room. The rooms are extremely spacious, there’s coffee and tea making facilities and the bathroom space is plentiful! You really do get your moneys worth at this Hotel. The whole week we dreaded our check-out day! Included in the AI is access to Bulgaria’s BEST waterpark which we certainly made use of. It was easy to access via the Hotel round the back of one of the annex’s. The AI package also included use of the Spa (excluding Massages) and use of the Gym! There was an Arcade room for Children and Adults but you had to pay for Token, same with the Pool and Snooker tables! Onsite was a mini supermarket, a pool accessories shop, and a Souvenir shop. Everything was reasonably priced and you could pay in Lev, Euros, or Pounds! Super handy! Hats off to the Entertainment team and all the staff members! Even the cute kitties that would pop out and greet you around the Hotel! We shall be visiting again and don’t let any bad reviews put you off! Everything was SPOT ON

I loved everything about the hotel especially the entertainment! Which was so cool and welcoming! We like you guys and we loved talking to you! 10/10 job

We have just got back from a week of bliss in Bulgaria. We arrived in the early hours and were greeted by helpful staff. We were provided with an information pack and a food package. (Sandwich, apple, cake and water) Our room was in the main building on the second floor with a view of the more lively pool. It was clean and spacious for three of us. The hotel staff are great and so hard working. Wherever we were on the complex, there were staff litter picking, collecting rubbish, cleaning... Etc. I couldn't fault them. Cleaners left our room immaculate and no issues with personal belongings going missing. We were happy with the variety of food and I like that there was always fresh dishes being cooked in front of you. I think the food situation is always going to vary on the kind of eater you are! Two adults and a four year old always found plenty to eat. The Purple People were celebrities in my daughter's eyes. Every night we arrived at 7:45 for the Disco and she strutted her stuff along with them. The team work throughout the day and interact with the guests in a lovely way. Even as we were waiting for the coach home at 11:00pm, the lovely Rossi came over to say goodbye and wish us a good flight home. The team are fantastic with everyone and I want to give a big shout out to the ones I remember Rossi, Hason, Ava, Dee dee, Adrian, Hope-there's more I know I've forgotten! We did a trip to Old Town which was beautiful and Sunny Beach on another day. Both were a nice break and we managed to get some nice souvenirs. The only negatives from our perspective was the behaviour of other guests. Some people assume all inclusive means "I take everything". It was hard when people took handfuls of sweets or snacks. It just felt a bit greedy? Again, people felt it necessary to reserve sunbeds but it really wasn't needed. We always found a bed! It would be helpful if some parents were more mindful of what their children are doing too; we're all on holiday but we can't switch off from our responsibilities! A few times our little girl was bopped on the head by a football whilst bigger children were playing polo over two pools. Just a bit more consideration would be great! Amazing family hotel, full activities for kids. Pools and waterpark are out of this world. Food and rooms are great and always squeaky clean. We never had to ask for anything everything was always at the ready. I want say a special thx so the purple team who put in an amazing and outstanding job entertaining us all. A special thx to Andy and Didi from the purple team for putting in a special effort with our little boy. I must say though the whole purple team are amazing.

Had a blast for a week. I had my reserveres for this kind of vacation, and boy i was in for a surprise. The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming and smiling. There is for sure some communication where it goes "lost in translation". Then just remember that the English here is not the best, BUT they are doing the best they can. The entertainment is okay. They really try to give everybody a good time. There's plenty of possibilities here to activate all Ages. If you go home from here with any kind of disappointment, you really should have spent the extras on the fifth star... We were nine people in our enturage, and we all had a blast for a week...

Our Second Visit Was Even Better – 14 Days of Pure Family Magic! After an amazing one-week stay last year, we loved Aqua Paradise Resort so much that we returned this year for a full two weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest reason we keep coming back? The INCREDIBLE entertainment team! Our daughters (5 and 8 years old) were thrilled to recognize some of the same fun, energetic faces from last year, and the team made sure every single day was packed with joy and excitement. From morning kids' activities to evening shows, their passion and creativity turned our holiday into a non-stop adventure. We sincerely hope we’ll see the same wonderful team next year they’re the heart and soul of this resort for families! Other highlights that made our 14-day stay unforgettable: 1. Outstanding reception service they kindly upgraded our room despite the resort being fully booked 2. Even better food than last year , especially at the main restaurant 3. Friendly, attentive staff at all restaurants and bars they remembered our preferences! 4. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire resort We’ve already started counting down to next year’s visit Aqua Paradise Resort feels like our family’s holiday home now.
