I went there about nearly one year ago just before the school holidays. It was amazing, the food was amazing, it felt safe and there was always entertainment going on. When you go all inclusive the food is free, drinks are free and the beach chairs by the pool and beach were also free. The pool was easy to access and so was the reception. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they took care with belongings that were in their way. Free sanitary stuff was also in the room when you got there and some of the stuff in the fridge was free. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Nothing more you could ask for really. The hotel staff were amazing, especially the entertainers. There weren't many English people but everyone seemed to speak it. The coach ride there and back to the airport was also good. Going to go back next year but with my aunt and uncle, hope we get the same great experience! Great for the money.

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time.

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy. The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing.

Absolutely top notch hotel! We really couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was spot on. Housekeeping every day, food always fresh and hot. It’s a bit far from the centre of sunny beach, but it was a lovely walk with lots of bars and shops along the way. I will definitely be booking here again!

Just came back from 10 night at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms are slightly dated but more than enough for what we needed. The air con was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfy. There’s also a kettle and a fridge in the room. We also had a balcony looking over the pool that surprisingly wasn’t noisy. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer as the one in the room is not the best. The room was cleaned every day, fresh bedding, fresh towels etc really no complaints at all. The food was the best food we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Lots of fish, veal, pork and chicken which we loved. The desserts weren’t your standard all inclusive ones either they were fresh cakes and baklava. The pool is freezing however there’s always plenty of sunbeds in the sun which lessens the blow. You also get your own beach towels from a desk at the pool. The drinks are great too, the cocktails are lovely and all the spirits used are branded. You can also get branded soft drinks I.e coke, Fanta and sprite. There’s lots of coffee machines around the hotel too. The animation team are pleasant however the general age of the guests when we were there was 60 (we came out of season) so not a lot of people took part. The animation team were all very nice though. Location wise the hotel is amazing, the beach is 2 minutes away and have their own sun loungers free to use. There’s plenty of pubs near by so plenty of stuff to do. There’s also a train stop outside the hotel that takes you to flower street and Nessebar. All in all we loved our holiday and our stay at this hotel.

The property is in good shape overall. Yet it feels like overstaying one’s welcome at a party. Everything is winding down. Beach chairs being carted off. Nowhere to sit outside unless you can stand being cooked in the scorching sun. There are umbrellas in the seating area during the summer months but they’d already been cleared away.
The worst bit though: people smoke everywhere. Constantly. It’s disgusting- at the pool, on the balconies, during meals outside. Any outside area isn’t safe. One was already being greeted by a cloud of smoke.
It’s als not quiet - some groups of tourists (no - not the British) are very disrespectful. Loud, obnoxious and rude.
Most of the staff is bored and not very friendly. They’d much rather go outside for a smoke than attend to requests. If they don’t know the answer to a question they also wouldn’t make an effort to find out.
Some of them are very kind though- Special shout out to our waitress and the gentleman at the Lobby bar.
The food - while there’s plenty, is of low quality at best. Also - how can there be cilantro in literally everything? Most of everything is dry/ has been left out under a heat lamp for too long. It’s also not labelled - so if you have food allergies you’re on your own.
Tables are squeezed too closely together, there’s carpet in the dining area and the furniture is dated and not safe. A chair collapsed under me yesterday (and no - I don’t weigh 100kg+). Any older, more fragile person would have seriously hurt themselves. The staff didn’t care. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact I could have been hurt.
Overall - a mediocre experience and we won’t be back.
Some feedback on alltours (travel company): the Lady was not knowledgeable about the area, she didn’t share any information at all. The tours she offered can easily be booked via Tripadvisor for half the price. Disappointing.

Just left Helena Resort after 10 nights here On arrival the process of checking in was straightforward. The room we had was spacious and just the right temperature due to the aircon. We had a balcony,the view not so good but was rarely out there. The bathroom was fine,shower was powerful. One thing that could’ve improved the bathroom would’ve been some Hand soap like there is in all the toilets outside the room I was wary about the food situation as I’m very fussy,but I have to say I ate extremely well during my stay,the main restaurant had so much to choose from,the staff in there worked very hard and are a credit to the hotel and the Blue Lagoon snack bar by the pool was very nice,with a lot of variety The drinks were the only letdown for me,2 of my friends only drink Cider and when ordering one on the first day,they had never heard of that drink so had to drink cocktails (which they enjoyed) and soft drinks The pool was okay,a little cold when you get in but you got used to it. There were plenty of sun loungers The Animation team were good,they tried their best to get people involved but going by who was here they just wanted a quiet holiday The sister hotel (not all inclusive) looked very nice,with a much nicer pool. We could use the indoor pool there but we didn’t There was also a gym,sauna and massage there but declined All in all I enjoyed my time here and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone

Stayed here with family quick check in room was good ,the restaurant had a great selection of food I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this had the best selection ,the pool snack bar had lovely pizzas and small selection of food and fruit and also ice cream that finished about 4.30.The animation team were really hard working and tried their best to get people to join in the games they all seemed nice .The nighttime entertainment was mainly the animation team doing shows but they did have live music a couple of times.I found all the staff really nice and polite never had a problem with anyone. Just outside the hotel at the back is a lovely beach with beach bars shops and fun pubs with bingo and karaoke it's a nice walk along the beach area lots of sunbeds aswell belonging to the hotel which are free in a certain area. Overall it's a lovely hotel to stay the drinks were good aswell, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
