Hotels with pool in Sunny Beach

I had a lot of experiences with all the staff in the restaurant and pool bar and found them all very friendly and hard working

Clean quiet and very nice pool , 10 min walk from Sunny beach

Some key things to note if you’re looking: Security is excellent. Always a security guard on duty and a receptionist. So secure many people just left their pushchairs outside their apartment or in the lobby

One bed apartment was great for us (family of 3) and no issues over changes of linen or loo rolls others have mentioned. We booked a package with Balkans so not sure if that made a difference

Yes, there is a small communication barrier but WE SHOULD LEARN BULGARIAN and not expect them to learn English. Very very clean, well laid out with little gardens to relax in

Rooms: aircon was lovely and very quiet but it is just in the main living area. Bedroom had a fan which was great and again very quiet

We usually had no problem getting a sunbed at the pool next to our block, only downside was having to go down early to put your towels on. We stayed bed and breakfast but only had one breakfast

Food was lovely and staff friendly. Alot of comments from others reviews about poor cleaning, lack of towels etc. We had clean towels every other day

It was ok but we preferred to go to local supermarkets as we had a great kitchenette in the studio and were not tied to hotel timings. We ate at the onsite Italian restaurant 3 times and found it great value for money

We made an effort to be polite and say hello to the cleaners, maybe that helped. As stated by others, arriving late at night in the dark was not ideal but we found the reception staff to be lovely

One lady even walked us through the resort to show us where our block was. Also on check our the staff were good. As always, you can only comment on your own experiences, and ours were very positive

A very nice hotel garden with a large pool. Another facilities like fitness center and spa are available as well. My room was a small one but smart designed. There is a beatiful view to garden.

Sheets changed 3 times in 14 days and towels changed as often as you wanted (they were a bit thin) There’s a Lidl 5 mins away (turn left as you leave) and a Carrafour if you turn right

There were loads of sun loungers and 2 pools to choose from. There’s a bakers on site and a small supermarket

Pros: we stayed in s 1-bedroom apartment and we had plenty of room. Loads of hanging space, big dining area and sitting area. Very comfortable inside and out and could have slept 2 & 2 kids easily

What a great holiday!! If you’re looking to relax but with the busy bars nearby then these apartment are the place for you. Cons: room was a little dated and pillows weren’t the best

Not much in the way of cooking utensils although plenty of pans and cutlery. We had a toaster, kettle, 2 rings and microwave plus a full size fridge and plenty of freezer space

In terms of that comparison, the pools were probably nicer at Harmony Suites and you did have the option to use other complexes that are part of the same company e

On this theme, I wasn't too impressed that the football activity that was available for kids - my son went once - was about 10 dollars for an hour, reflective of the fact there wasn't much that was "included" in your stay

Our 2-bed apartment was a bit cramped - living room small and kitchenette part of that same room, very small. I was disappointed to find there was zero left for us e. no tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt etc

for activities, and he said, no, it's locked! Most places I've stayed before, you can book or use areas like that without additional charge

On that wider point, I'd say Bulgaria has some catching up to do and only has the fact it's marginally cheaper in its favour e

Harmony Suites we paid a similar price to what we paid for quite a bit bigger two bedroom apartment in Portugal last year

The hotel looks good but the bed is really old and sunk in. In the room there are 3 sockets but they are to far away from the bed. The cleaners only make the bed (badly) and change the towels

that adds another star for the food too. The pool is super cool and the activities people have every day at that pool, swimming exercises competitions over winning the most points etc

The water slides of the pool are terrifying but very fun, loved them too. That adds another star to the hotel. Now the reason I didn't make it 4-5 stars is the rooms

There are rooms in the hotel for the rich probably and a small 3 story motel outside close to the pool

We have been resting there for three years in a row. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty

Just spent a week here, lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Room cleaned every day. 10 mins walk to beach and around 20 min walk to main street where bars, clubs and restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again.

Im still here, thankfully, this is the cleanest, frienliest hotel iv ever stayed in, rooms huge, i have a sofa on my balcony, pools lovely foods great. Without a doubt the best cheap/value hotel iv ever stayed in

Pool very good clean and quiet. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants etc. If you are looking for kids entertainment then it's not that kind of holiday. We have 2 teenage daughters who loved both the hotel and the area

I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep

They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing

Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge. The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not busy

There is a nice swimming pool behind the hotel and a coffee machine right in front of it. The owner and the stuff are very friendly and helpful

Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. Lidl around the corner of hotel which was very convenient for basics

Available parking, but at extra pay. The house has a small, but quite pleasant swimming pool with an outdoor bay right next to it. We had an excellent stay and recommend this place for families our groups of friends

We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights

Also right now in July of 2024 for as much as 15 levs per night you can have a dedicated, locked parking car spot behind the fence and your vehicle will be under video surveillance

Calm and cozy, with friendly staff! Close to a bus stop and grocery store! 500 meters from the sea! Lovely garden with all amenities for a relaxing holiday! I recommend!

The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. The homemade lemonade was tasty and refreshing and the salad and toasties were lovely too

The food was good, meaning the hot food wasn't always amazing but the salad and fruit bar was. The location is perfect as in-between Sunny Beach and Nessebar and is a quiter area than most other places

What you do get is a clean apartment, wonderful staff and an all inclusive package that includes local spirits (yuk), beer (yummy) and soft drinks

This is the second time we have visited Rose Apartments and once again we were impressed

I should start by adding this is a budget choice accommodation so don't expect fancy bathroom accessories, champagne on arrival or room service

I must also point out that there was a gentleman (probably from Russia) on the premises, depicting other hotel guests, his "private" sunbeds were poorly marked, he had a grudge and it was destroying the atmosphere

Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Little playground right next to it

Need to mention Erhan and Taner, also the girls in the lobby,😊👌, always smiling, very kind, entertaining and keep guests happy 💯% while having great cocktails 😊😊😊 I can highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a quality time, we will be back soon 👍

Great hotel to stay, perfect 👌 ambient, employees goes out of their way and beyond to serve hotel guests. Food variety is excellent 😋,every day different meals, freshly BBQ fish, meet. Rooms are always spotless clean

It was excellent , me and my family had an amazing time, the staff was careful, kind and always helpful. The food was the best I’ve had in a hotel (even better than 5 stars), every day we had totally different meals

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee

Calm and quiet place surrounded by nature. On the South side of the complex, overlooking the sea, from the North to the mountains. The complex is always cleaned, the pool water is always clean, nice to swim and sunbathe

We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away

Great location, amazing peace and quiet, actual relation. Food from the cafe of the complex was extremely tasty and spot on the price. Already recommended to a lot of people. Will be visited next summer for sure again

The road is not in very good condition, but maybe it's for the best, as there is constantly passing cars, polluting the air and Narusawa silence

The sea is a 7-minute walk away and the centre of Sunny beach is 20 minutes away. Thank you very much for such a wonderful place to stay!

Very nice personnel, location is within walking distance of the beach (800m). The pool is lovely on warm summer days

Very good plays, the rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. They can do espresso coffee, not instant one.

Their discreet service made us feel like at home, in friendly community. There are equipped barbeque zone, a tiny kinder zone next to the swimming pool and some beverages fridges at the reception

Visiting in the beginning of May may be too early for kids as all the pools and water parks are still closed. The pool of Julia appartments was luckily filled and open which made us very happy

It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained

It's location was another advantage you easily can get by foot with children the free zone on cute Kiko beach or have the evening breathtaking promenade along the sea toward the Stary grad Nessabar on peninsula 30 minutes to old town

Only a 10 minute bus ride each way for 2 lev and the bus stops not far away from the apartments. The train also runs to both or you could even walk if you wish. I love how the back just faces all the 1ild and fields

Best value for money ever! Extremely clean which i am very strict about especially about the toilet, bathroom and kitchen. The service was excellent and very friendly. All the staff were so kind to us

A lot off greenery and privacy. Great pleace for every one, couple, family or friends. The pool area is quite large and the best thing is that they have a separate pool for children and a jacuzzi with hot water

It is a great complex with beautiful garden, lagoon swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and playground and swimming pool for children. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff

The apartment was very spacious, the fact that it has separate bedrooms is the most suitable. Also, the 2-bedroom apartment also had 2 bathrooms, which helps a lot

The location on the beach is great, as you have both free beach and paid beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is decently clean, not very, but decent. Room was ok size wise, with big bath

Room was cleaned every two days. We talked for parking and we were told it is ok and when we arrived we were told to go to some far parking on a field as our spot was given to someone else

The main restaurant is open multiple times during the day (closed for replenishment), there is a grill restaurant on the pool level also and there are sandwiches and cakes available from the coffee shop on the lobby level

I think they could of heated for the cooler months as a result we avoided the pool and the sea gulls got more use of the swimming pools. I was really looking forward to swimming to

I have read other reviews that say the staff are rude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I think the issue is the language barrier because the staff are all very polite when you speak with them

I've been to other Dreams and this place has the best food. Drinks menu was a bit limited but better quality that other Dreams and secrets resorts. The pool was absolutely freezing 🥶
