Onyx Beach Residence - Free Parking & Beach Access Hotel in Sveti Vlas

We visited the Onyx Beach Residence summer 2021. The Hotel was brand new so there is nothing to complain about indoor, outdoor and beach cleanliness. There were mostly apartments with living-room/kitchen and a separate bedroom. There was only one TV in the living-room for no absolute reason as you probably want to watch TV in the bedroom - this is my opinion and honestly this is the first 4+ star hotel where there was no TV in the bedroom!!! The biggest complain is regarding the staff in the so called restaurant. You can order on the beach but you have to pay 10% service of the total price of what you order. The whole staff was incompetent and I think there was no interview at all when they were hired. You order at 13:00 lunch which should be done for about 15 minutes - after 40 minutes you start wondering what is going on with the food, you go upstairs to ask and the "waiter" calmly tells you that the food is not even ordered and he lost the "piece of paper" where he wrote the order which I saw him writing. The second day the same thing - order at 13:00 and I asked the waiter to order it while I was there which he did - 40 minutes later again going upstairs and it turned out that there was a mix up with my order and if I want to order again.... well there was no place around to eat OF COURSE I WANT TO ORDER!!!! I ordered the second time and the same thing happened, they FORGOT my order - is this even possible, it's like they didn't want to take my money and the 10% service fee..... So you may visit this place but make sure to stop at the supermarket and eat your own food if you don't want to starve to dead!!! Don't recommend at all as you pay a lot of money and the service is horrible just horrible!!!
