Don’t be fooled by the name — there is absolutely nothing “elite” about this hotel, and the so-called spa? It wasn’t even working. Everything was out of order. The receptionist couldn’t be bothered to explain anything voluntarily — not the breakfast time, not where anything was, nothing. Things you’d get automatically in any decent hotel around the world, except apparently in this country. No uniform, no name tag, no professionalism whatsoever. The outdoor pool? Disgusting. Covered in a shiny layer of filth. I turned around and walked the other way — fast. The young guy sitting outside, supposedly in charge of parking (or something?) — don’t get me started. A caveman would’ve had better manners. Completely rude and uncivilized. And of course, they removed the bathtub stopper, so you have to go ask for it yourself — just another pathetic attempt to save money at the guest’s expense. In short: this place is a comedy of horrors. A waste of time, money, and patience. Run the other way. Fast.

the cleaning was a problem, we didn' t have even enough toilet paper. No wifi in the room, the same towels for all the three days we stayed. We enjoyed a great view over the trees. The breakfast was less than average.
