Pura Vita Resort in Koh Rong Island

The service and the food here are great. My family and I like to come here and eat the food like 2-3 times a day when we are on Koh Rong Island. But so disappointing that they didn’t except the us money when it was just a little small mark and some just small rip on it even their own government was telling them to expect it. So terrible 😢 For sure this restaurant is going to lose some of the customers bc they want all the perfect money.They check every small detail of the money before they expect it, said

The beach and service are great, located close to the port which is a plus. However; I believe the facilities could be improved. The key is very difficult to handle, also doesn’t seem strong. The table in my room and floor are full of sands. And the windows in my room couldn’t be locked.

It's difficult to say whether it's bad or good since they just reopen again after the pandemic.
But for my time, The service was good. Even though we have to negotiate with the customer service a bit, But everyone was really friendly. However, the room we stayed in was a bit old. Like as the wood frame of the front door is broken up a bit at the bottom. The Bidet head broke and the water was everywhere. Fortunately, the worker was quick and able to replace the bidet within minutes.
Also, There's some rule to know as well:
If you bring raw meat or uncooked food to the resort, They would charge you around 5 dollars to bring them in.
Alcohol is also the same story, But I don't know how much they would charge.
You can't set up a big dinner meal or lunch the the accommodation. You have to brings your meal to the table in front of the restaurant.
All in all, they're not really strict about it, So you can find a way around it easily.
On last thing about their restaurant, the food is a bit expensive. So keep that in mind while you are there.
