Wooden Maple Hotel in Phnom Penh

Like a scam! There is no Wooden Maple Hotel at the Soho building like what they show on the booking websites. I booked and pre-paid through ivivu. com then couldn’t find the hotel. Even the “staff” at room 33-60 said in the past it was Wooden hotel here but now he doesn’t know where the hotel is.
I recommend you to try Snowbell at 28th floor, same building.

I will not recommend this hotel this to anyone as a couple or family. But you are single and want dirty hotel and bad service this hotel will perfect .

Short of staff
Room are dirty and smelly
Big room but very small shower room and smelly

The bed is has never make for you.

It’s very noisy. You can hear the sounds of the music from the outside surrounding KTV. It’s a karaoke bar, and their WiFi it’s terrible. It barely works half of the time I staying in the room. It’s dirty. It smells like either cigarettes or somebody urinated in it and the bed sheets are dirty with pee stained, the tv it’s all in Chinese language barely can’t watch it.

This place feels like a scam. Booked through agoda, room decoration was nothing at all like in the pictures. Bed was rock hard and room had strong disgusting smell of cigarettes. The guy at the reception (which was near impossible to find, no instructions were given) gave me my money back when I complained, so that was nice at least. (I never post negative reviews online, but now feel the need to warn about this)

I booked from Agoda apps, but final payment is different from my selection at Agoda booking list. And i cant find any customer servise, phone number or email from app. Its really disappointed.
And hotel photo shown on Apps is quite attractive, hotel reception included.
Actually while I check in, I cant found hotel reception. There arent any indication to find this hotel.
At the end, the Bridge SoHo security told us we need to going up the building and find it.
Hotel name was change to Chinese company, but its still call Wooden maple hotel. Its really funny.
Get in room, its was strong smelly. No service at all.
Its a bad experience from Agoda Apps and Wooden Maple hotel.
