Looks nothing like the pictures.
Badly cleaned- very dusty and the shower feels unhygienic.
The bed is uncomfortable..
A lot of Noise from the outside- there’s a kindergarten right outside the room’s window.
Just not worth the money.. a little more and you can go to a nice hotel. This one is a scam…

NO POOL! Please update google maps and your website accordingly. This ruined the first 5 hours of our trip while we had to replan and rebook where to stay and cancel our booking. We had promised our kids a pool. We had to go all over and waste time in the heat of the day trying to find a new hotel last minute.

We didn't get to enjoy the room we booked, instead reception put us up in a prison cell. The prison cell was dark, dinghy and smelled mouldy. This presumably due to the fact that it had a small window facing a narrow corridor. Also investigating the remainder of the place it seems all rooms have windows facing corridors so don't expect fresh air or day light in any of them. The staff were friendly enough but entirely unhelpful about the problem. Also we were woken up at 6am by the cleaner noisily moving about the corridor making a bad nights sleep even worse.

The hotel (more like a guesthouse) is in good location. Staff was okay. But the bedroom and bathroom were not clean at all. Facilities in the room (including beddings) are aging, and there were stains on the wall, bathroom floor, chair and table. You can easily tell it was not thoroughly cleaned. This hotel need a lot of upgrades and improvements in hygiene. I don’t mind paying a little bit more for deep-clean room.

Note: the advertisement photos are misleading (maybe from when the hotel first opened) but certainly not now.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The AC and hot water worked great.

My phone worked great in the room (I had trouble in other hotels that have thick concrete walls which prevent my phone from getting signal).

Great location. Only downside was there weren’t any inexpensive Khmer food options around here, but there are plenty of international options and fancier Khmer options. The area felt very safe.

The room was immaculate, super comfortable, quiet, and it had a great view of Da Nang. Breakfast was good but I enjoyed wandering around the neighborhood for delicious local specialties. I much prefer this location (an easy walk to the beach) to the big "waterfront" hotels. The best part is the staff. Housekeeping, restaurant, bellmen- all smiles. The "Apple Team" at the front desk is wonderful! They handled my ever-changing needs (including a few extensions because I didn't want to leave) with grace and good humor. They were SO helpful when it came to scooter rentals, a tour guide, and then even moving my bags to Hue so that I could go there by motor bike. They made me smile every time I saw them. Da Nang is wonderful and Cozy Da Nang felt like home. I can't wait to come back to this brilliantly managed property. Highly recommended.

I parked my bike here to get some lunch next door and the owner put a chain through my wheel I asked them why they do that they said you parked at our hotel, I actually parked in front a vacant shop next door which they claim is still there’s and she said it’s because stolen bike at hotel, firstly people park everywhere and anywhere secondly I locked the front wheel for security Anyway I apologised but she was still going on and on. Thankfully I didn’t stay there judging from the photos

Pretty decent place to stay over couple nights for its price

It was great once we got into a room with windows and no mouldy ceiling. Staff were great, after the initial arguments about rooms not being a described. Clean place and nice, if slightly small, pool. We stayed an extra two nights in the end. There's a kindergarten next door so Monday to Friday don't expect to lie in after 07:00. Otherwise a fairly quiet area, not well known but easy to find in Google and show to taxi drivers. Quite a few places to eat within a ten minute walk.

Make sure to go when it's not busy, or when u have a lot of time. We went there when the place was almost empty, and had to wait for 25 minutes for a simple ice coffee and frappe. By the time it arrived we had to change it to a take away.. the staff albeit slow, were polite, and the place was clean and nice. The coffee was ok, but nothing special.
