I stayed here for an extended time, 9 days. Ghee hotel room is nice, amenities seem okay. No hot water in the hot tub, but the pool is very warm. Rooms are clean and staff seem friendly. Reserving a room over the phone was very difficult. I reserved as a group and it was a nightmare since their reservation department is outsourced, they had no clue how to help us. after several attempts and escalations up the chain of command, someone was able to help at long last.

Good little airport stopover hotel. The gym is pretty nice, as is the pool. The morning restaurant is good. Overall, nice place! Getting cookies on arrival are a good bonus

The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who were experiencing the same issue. THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD

The bed was large and very clean and tidy. The hygiene was excellent. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to book in advance at the front desk. I'll definitely book with them again next time!

Next to Pearson Airport, you can see the runway from the window. The facilities are convenient. The air conditioning in the room is a bit loud. Parking requires an additional fee. The staff is friendly.

The location is good. It's close to the airport. It's very convenient because there's a free shuttle bus to Toronto Pearson Airport. You just need to make a reservation in advance. The driver seemed to be subtly asking for a tip, but I didn't give it separately. If you're not a Hilton member, the water in the room costs 2.5 CAD per 500 ml bottle. It was surprising. I didn't drink the water on purpose. There's no coffee pot, and when I asked, it was all provided in another room and used up. The front desk staff is friendly. There's a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel. The shower in the bathroom in the room is sunflower. There's no separate shower hose. The bedding is comfortable~

I checked in on the evening of 9/28 local time, and the front desk said that my room rate included breakfast for two. The next day when I went to the restaurant downstairs for dinner, I was told that breakfast was not included. The front desk (two Indians) was very impatient and told me that breakfast was not included without even looking at my order information. I went back to the room to get my English hotel confirmation to negotiate, and the hotel front desk didn't even look at my confirmation and changed the words to say that breakfast was included before letting me in for breakfast. First of all, I suspect this is discrimination and bullying against Chinese faces. Secondly, I very much doubt whether the hotel's standards for hiring employees include a good and reasonable service attitude and whether the hotel is operating with integrity? I will never go to this kind of hotel again, avoid it.

Ok place to enjoy breakfast you go up and pay first and then rake a table and they bring you your breakfast. The breakfast was average. Not bad . If I had to go again . I would .

A fair food option in the area. The service was very nice. The price was right. The omelette was nothing to write home about.

Went for breakfast from nearby hotel. Place your order at counter from large menus, and then it is delivered to your table. Egg orders all seem to include 3 eggs. Service was fast and friendly. Price very good. I would go back.

Went to this restaurant for my lunch yesterday, the service is horrible and the drive through order lady was really rude, she even doesn't speak English. I highly not recommend this place!

The food was delicious this is my second time. The chicken shawarma oils very good when fresh and the lamb plate was tasty as well. Server has great personality will recommend to anyone.

Sido Shawarma is one of those hidden joints that you wouldn't want to eat unless you're forced. Once you do you'll keep coming back!
I took on a contract client in the area and every day I'd take a drive for breakfast to Subway which is directly attached to this Sido's. Sido's was closed in the mornings and always a lineup at Subway.
I was taking in a late arrival one morning and made my way daily ritual of Subway breakfast, this time however something was different. The usually empty Sido's was packed and Subway had 1 customer.
I decided to take a chance, wait in line to see what the big fuss was all about. I ordered a Pita Chicken Shawarma Wrap for $7.95, chosen my veggies which might I add looked much fresher than Subways and the assortment of Mediterranean choices made it much more appealing. The wrap was filled with chickpeas, hummas and all the toppings, the chicken was cut from a big metal pole. Spicy? definitely with Tzatziki sauce. The final step was grilling of the Pita wrap in its entirety.
I took it to go, unwrapped it in the car and took a bite. Let's just say I didn't stop till I finished the entire thing in a whole 4 minutes.
I've been coming to this joint every other day with my colleague and we've made friends with the owner and even got our own healthy menu item, Chicken with hot sauce and salad on the side. No unwanted carbs, but the chicken is amazing, especially in comparison to the Subway next door. I don't know how the chicken is dry, put some sauce on it. Perhaps you're use to the water injected chicken you buy at Walmart...
Either way Sido Shawarma is definitely worth a look for lunch or a quick bite, definitely the only homey restaurant that offers something away from the regular fast food. It's the right price, it's very quick and it has free parking out back and in the front.
