I had a great experience thanks to Nabil at the front desk. His customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming and you can really see his strong hands on people skills. Nabil made the whole check in process smooth and was very pleasant to deal with. Staff like him truly make a difference in a hotel stay. Highly recommend!

What a great little #Montreal property.
It’s more industrial chic than glamorous however the quality of our stay was wonderful.
We were gifted an upgrade, the beds and pillows were very sleep worthy, the bath linens (and bathrobes) were a very good thread count, the room was very nicely equipped and the staff were very hospitable and thoughtful.
We slept thru breakfast so unable to comment on the food offering.
@Boxotel is a 7 minute walk from the #MTelus centre.
There is paid overnight parking across the street in an open lot.
Book directly with the property versus a third party platform.
We stayed in Room 301 - Murphy bed, bathtub + separate shower, large desk, solid windows/low street noise, fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge furniture.
I would recommend this property and will absolutely stay again!
(The housekeeping staff brought a mini bottle of champagne and chocolates for Valentines!)

The hotel was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall security felt strong, which made the stay very comfortable.

I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning — a small touch but very nice. The bathtub was surprisingly large, easily big enough for two people to soak comfortably. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

My boyfriend and I traveled from the US to this hotel. At first, the immediate area is slightly off putting but once we entered the hotel and met with the manager Nabil we knew that we made the right decision. Nabil was so welcoming and accommodating. He went out of his way to give us a great experience and even offered us some salts for our in room bath. Our room was extremely clean and cozy! The gym area is also extremely clean. The vibes of the hotel were so cool! This hotel has everything you could need! Full kitchen in the room, large bathroom, balcony, washer dryer, and sauna and steam room on the 6th floor which were amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We used the parking garage down the road to leave our car. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!!

Just stayed there for 4 nights with my husband! We had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious. I loved having the coffee bar and snacks in the lobby. The best part was the customer service. I didn't catch his name but the gentleman at the front was always sooooo nice to deal with! We would definitely book again!

When i saw this hotel online i was drawn in by how beautiful the decor and concept was. However, upon my stay i realize the photos just don't do this hotel justice! You truly feel at home with such wonderful and helpful staff, the luxurious amenities and convenient downtown location that brings you close to all the action Montreal has to offer! It was a wonderful experience that my boyfriend and i hope to enjoy again soon. I would highly reccomend staying here! I promise you wont regret it :)

This hotel is deceiving as the exterior and lobby is unassuming, but up in entering the room....all I can say is WOW!!!

Automatically the lights dimmed up, the curtains opened and the jazz music started to play.

Every amenity in the room is top notch and very modern.

We have stayed in a few places in Montreal with our favorite being the Fairmont but this experience is right up there and we will definitely return without hesitation.

Love it!!!

My brother & I recently stayed here on a weekend trip. This hotel was AMAZING for so many reasons! It was clean, the staff was awesome and the room was so high tech. I mean, they even had heated floors! There was a FULL laundry & kitchen IN THE ROOM. This wasn't a hotel, it was an apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing is, I would not stay here again with my brother. The bathroom was surrounded by frosted glass, so when you were using it you could still see/be seen by people in the room. Any time either of us had to shower, the other would go to the lounge or upstairs on the rooftop (which had a sauna, hot tub, full kitchen & Turkish bath!). Wonderful hotel, it's definitely not your average chain, but I could see how it wouldn't be for everyone.

Probably the best hotel my girlfriend and I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer which included rooftop jacuzzi, steam room and Turkish bath. Enjoyed the view of fireworks and giant balloons from the roof. Clean and modern design. Cafe on the ground floor lobby area has healthy food menu with delicious selection of local beers and delicious coffee. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Services offer in room massages. Close to all downtown attractions. In room bathtub and rooftop jacuzzi also had led light show. LOVE IT ! 5 stars !!

Food was good. The staff was unpleasant. Lots of mistakes on the order. Unprofessional. Discussing dissatisfied customers in the middle of the table they are waiting. In retrospect. Food was decent prices affordable and clean enough. Better alternatives around though.

Food was wonderful. I have to say the best octopus dish I ever have. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Definitely a must go.

Do not go in with the idea you are having Mexican food and your meal may be passable.

Ate here forcibly before a show at Theatre Saint-Denis right across the street. These semi basement restaurants in decrepit Montreal buildings are rarely presentable (usually very ghetto uncool). This restaurant feels dirty and unkept the moment you walk in. Bathrooms are behind the kitchen area and feels like you are in the back shed of the building with exposed copper pipes throughout.

Had the beef chicken fajita combo as recommended by the waiter... Let's talk about the mango mojito which was likely the only memorable item or perhaps just needed more of those to forget about the food.

I love the bright decor inside this restaurant. The atmosphere is bustling with loud music playing, but pleasant. The food is well priced with large serving sizes. I usually have the burrito which comes with a large serving of rice, and sour cream and a taco salad. My food has always arrived quickly even during peak times. The waitstaff are very friendly and the drinks are excellent! I make sure to eat here whenever I'm in Montreal.

Awful place to go. The menu feels more Texan that it feels Mexican. The food is good nonetheless. Where the place becomes terrible is about service. Even when you have a reservation you can wait over an hour outside before being parked between two occupied tables in the basement before finally being assigned to your tables only to realized there is a couple places missing so your group has to be split. I went there three times and all of them I had similar experience where we are forced to wait for a reservation we had and learn the staff either did not reserved enough place or gave the reservation away to another group.
