As someone who never gives negative reviews for anything like online shopping, takeout, or group buying, I couldn't stand it this time. The room was filled with a humming noise all night long, like sleeping next to factory machinery. I called the front desk, and they said they couldn't help it. The noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit was audible in every room with an exterior window, and the quality of the units was truly shoddy. Turning off the AC didn't help, either. It was like all the rooms had these low-quality AC units mounted flush against the wall, and the sound of one outdoor unit caused the entire wall to vibrate. I barely slept the entire night. Why haven't they fixed this noise level? They're still selling it to the public! I didn't want to comment, but for the sake of fewer such low-quality businesses and a healthy competitive environment in the hotel industry, I'd like to warn everyone to avoid this scam and see if they can shut it down and make changes.

First of all, I'm very satisfied with the Ctrip app. I've always booked there, and it's very convenient. Before booking, I called the front desk and requested a quieter room. There was a constant buzzing noise throughout the night. Because I checked in late, I didn't notice anything until I woke up the next morning and discovered three air conditioner units outside my window. The problem was, the window seal wasn't working properly. The most annoying thing was that when I told the front desk about this, they asked, "Why didn't you ask for a different room?" I'd asked for a quieter room in advance. I told them in advance, and they were fine. There was still a slight smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. That's understandable; I used the air conditioner's health function to dissipate the smoke. There were wrinkles and hair on the bed. I called the front desk, and they replaced it promptly, which was not bad. That's understandable. To be fair, the hotel facilities aren't old, but the experience wasn't great, and I won't be back. I originally didn't want to write anything, considering business has been tough this year and it's been tough for everyone.
