Came to see Jay Chou's concert, thinking it was close to the Bird's Nest and I could hear the rehearsal, but it turned out to be a nightmare😱😱😱 Even giving one star is too much🤬🤬🤬

On the first day of my stay, I told the front desk that the room was very stuffy, but they only said that there was no air conditioning and I could only open the windows for ventilation. It was not until the fourth day when I went back to the room during the day that I happened to see the cleaning lady who was still tidying up. I asked her why the hotel had no air conditioning? She also smiled helplessly and asked me if I wanted her to get an electric fan. I said okay, and after 30 or 40 minutes someone finally brought a fan with not much wind 😵💫It's not very hot now, but the room is very stuffy, so this hotel is only suitable for staying in winter, but maybe there is no heating in winter🥶All in all, this hotel only has the advantage of being close to the Bird's Nest, nothing else, please avoid this hotel if you are coming to watch the concert.

The attitude of the staff at the front desk who checked in was average, not as warm as described in the comments. The hotel is close to the road and a bit noisy. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner was useless even at full power.

Very good hotel, mainly in a good location, close to the conference venue. The service is also very good, it is suitable for simple business trips or leisure. I will help my friends to book again next time

I love this hotel! I was here over a year ago and they remembered me! They remembered that I'm a vegetarian and made sure my favorite vegetarian dish was in both restaurants. They have me a room with the exact view I was hoping for. Everything was perfect!

I had intended to give this hotel a 5-star rating, until I was disturbed by an amusing incident. After checking out of the hotel and experiencing no issues, the next day I received numerous emails regarding the hotel's complaint that my friend's room had extensive wall drawings causing damage and impacting room sales. They requested that I contact the hotel directly to resolve the matter. Subsequently, a Trip.com customer service representative called me, and it sounded like the hotel was demanding compensation from me?!
The issue is that my friend did not draw or do anything to the hotel room. The wall drawings were already there, seemingly made by children, possibly from previous guests, and went unnoticed. Until we stayed and were unfairly blamed! To resolve the matter, my friend had to communicate via WeChat with the hotel and received confirmation that it wasn't our doing. As for me, I called the hotel but couldn't reach the manager, and despite waiting for a callback, no one contacted me.
I am very disappointed with the hotel's handling of the situation. Instead of thorough investigation, they blamed us, and I was truly bothered and stressed even after leaving the hotel. As of now, I still haven't received an apology.

Perfect location if you are attending anything at the Birds Nest, you can walk there in less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff very friendly and the room was a good size and clean upon arrival. If i go to another concert at the Birds Nest i will definitely stay here.

You can see the bird nest from some of the rooms, which are nice. It is very near from the Olympic park.
The wifi does not work for foreigners. The service provided some help but it is not very convenient.
