Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Came here to watch a game and stayed a night by Songshan Lake. The hotel's location is decent, with Vanke Life Plaza nearby which is very convenient. Got a free upgrade to a lake view room. The public areas are okay, but the hygiene was just average. The twin beds were converted from a king-sized room, and the lights are right above the beds. You have to push the twin beds together to avoid being inconvenienced by them. The hotel is indeed a bit old, which I had anticipated, but the packaging for the kids' toothbrush was like the one pictured – hard to understand. There's only outdoor ground parking, and you have to go to the front desk to scan a code every time you leave, which is inconvenient. I asked for a room away from the elevator, but ended up in the third room next to it, and they claimed it was 'away from the elevator.' People coming back late at night and talking loudly disturbed my sleep.

Nice surroundings, but the traffic in the area is really bad. The hotel has good facilities and not as worn as expected after all these years. Indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a shop. Good for families with kids.

Our lake-view room was incredibly spacious, and the terrace even had its own plunge pool where we could soak and enjoy the distant lake views. The common areas were also a huge plus, with an infinity outdoor pool seamlessly blending into the lake scenery.

I especially want to praise the hotel's complimentary travel photography service! I didn't have high expectations, but the photographer was unexpectedly professional and patient. They expertly captured all the best photo spots in the hotel – the light and shadow in the litchi grove, the lake view from the terrace, and the expansive angles from the lawn. During the shoot, they provided detailed guidance on poses and expressions. We received three complimentary photos, and additional ones could be purchased for 50 RMB each. We got 8 retouched photos the very same day, with fresh and natural tones. Every single one was ready to post on social media, saving us the hassle of editing them ourselves. This perk was truly thoughtful and impressive!

The service was also excellent throughout our stay. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to nearby malls, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

Best hotel and best staff ever meet. Cleanness is high with great ambiance

The Hotel staff do not smile in general, seems they are not enjoying working. Table at breakfast time does not clean immediately after the departure of the guests that caused not enough table for the guests who are waiting.

The hotel aesthetic is stunning. The Songshan lake is right behind the hotel offering gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings

Good buffet, nice place. If you like seafood, we recommend using the VIP card.
