The mall downstairs is a great option for food and shopping. The location is convenient and the environment is nice. Thanks to Bella, Mikael, and Piko for their help during my stay. I particularly love the washing machine and balcony that come with Ascott properties.

The room was spotless and clean, equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, plus all the tableware and cooking utensils you'd need. It's perfect for families traveling with children. The location is superb, making it easy to get to all the nearby attractions. You can just walk through the building to Raffles City, where you'll find everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. There's even a playground on the basement floor of the mall, which is a lifesaver for parents. The hotel service was also outstanding! A huge thank you to Kami at the front desk for her attentive service; she meticulously helped me find a sake delivery I was expecting. The bellboys were also incredibly kind, always opening doors and assisting with luggage when we came and went. I'm definitely planning a longer stay next time!

The hotel is in Nanshan District, not too far from the airport. There's a shopping mall and a subway station right downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's also close to attractions in Bao'an, Shenzhen Bay, and Futian. However, if you're heading to places like Luohu, Yantian, or Dameisha, it's quite a distance – you'd need many transfers on the subway or about an hour by taxi. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they have all the basic necessities. The soundproofing of the windows isn't great, so it can be quite noisy if your room faces the street.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenzhen. It's super convenient to get to from the airport via the subway. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the staff are all incredibly welcoming. Plus, Raffles City Mall is right downstairs, which is a huge bonus!

I've stayed at many hotels in Shenzhen, but Ascott's service here is by far the best I've encountered. On my first day, the hotel was fully booked, but Lily at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and patient. Knowing I had a lot of luggage and might be tired, she went out of her way to consider my personal situation and helped me switch rooms. After a few days, I was supposed to move rooms again due to full occupancy, but Lily kept an eye on the hotel's availability and, thanks to her help, I didn't have to move after all. I'm truly grateful to her. It's such a blessing to meet such a wonderful sales associate at Ascott. I wish her all the best! A hotel is truly lucky to have such an amazing staff member. Thank you!

The service was excellent, and the hotel is very close to Nanyou. It was super convenient to just walk back after shopping. Lily at the front desk was also very helpful and attentive, which I really appreciated. Plus, they have a robot that delivers takeout directly to your room, so you don't have to go pick it up yourself – that's a great touch.

The hotel room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. The direct connection to Raffles City Mall was a huge plus, especially in 38-degree Shenzhen.

The room was fantastic. This is my second time staying here, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, especially Jasmine and Piko. I'll definitely be back for future stays.
