Jumeirah Guangzhou in Guangzhou

Jumeirah’s hotel is beautiful. My family of 5 stayed in the residences, which is in the building on the other side. Our suite had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining and a kitchen. The amenities were luxurious and the service was wonderful. It’s is located very close to the Guang Dong tower. I would stay here again.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the service is always excellent and very attentive. They even gave me a complimentary dessert.

Booked a family suite for this trip. Service is top notch. Front desk, concierge, porters, room service and housekeeping all are attentive, prompt and responsive to requests and need. Amenities within the suite are excellent. Breakfast spread is good and venue is well decorated and comfortable. There is a harp performance during breakfast, which I feel is really wonderful.

If I could give 6 or 7 stars out of 5, I would give it for the cleanliness and the service. Especially the service.

The attentiveness is unparalleled.
A few examples:

1. Noticing that we have children the hotel has prepared kids play facilities in our room, as well as kids bath robes and a bed guard.
2. Universal charger in both rooms plus at the desk
3. Staff are kind and attentive, showing us the way around the hotel and bringing us children’s swim floats when we’re at the pool.

The hotel’s location is very central and convenient too, we would stay here again for our future trips to Guangzhou.

The location is excellent, with dedicated parking available at Winter Plaza B3. Before check-in, the guest ambassador, Zoey, even called ahead to ask if we were bringing children and to find out their ages so they could prepare kids' bedding, toiletries, and toys. The front desk staff are on duty 24/7, polite, and attentive. Everything was perfect.

Staying at the Jumeirah Living Guangzhou during Chinese New Year was an absolute perfect experience! The apartment's location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. The festive decorations, from the lobby to the rooms, were warm and elegant, creating a delightful atmosphere the moment you step in. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. It was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable; the bedding was soft, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The front desk and room service were both enthusiastic and efficient, responding promptly to requests with thoughtful attention to detail. I especially want to commend Grace, who assisted with my check-in and check-out, and Jack, who helped me with my luggage upon departure – both were incredibly attentive and detailed-oriented. The cleaning service and the complimentary 'goodnight' sweet soup were also very heartwarming touches. It was evident that there was a high volume of guests during Chinese New Year, yet the hotel maintained its high-quality service, blending hotel luxury with the comfort and warmth of home. It's perfectly suited for families and long-term stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. The service was also attentive and prompt.

The room is quite spacious, and I mainly chose it for the kitchen and washing machine, which are perfect for families traveling with kids. There's a shopping mall nearby (I think that's the name) so shopping and dining should be convenient. The butler service was very warm and proactive in contacting us, and the staff were all very polite. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night with loud music coming from outside the window. I hope to get a quieter room next time.
