The hotel is very close to the water park, which is super convenient. The service was also great. The kids had a fantastic time. The breakfast restaurant has a view of various birds, and even white tigers, which was very interesting and the children absolutely loved it.

Staying at Chimelong Hotel with my child this time was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean, and the themed decor was full of childlike fun. My child was so excited the moment we stepped in. The location is excellent, with direct walking access to the park, saving us time and effort. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were all very friendly, especially the ones we met in the lobby – their service was truly exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing place with an abundance of animals and many many white tigers. All in one theme park. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very responsible, always trying their best to fulfill our requests.
There were only two minor drawbacks:
1. In room 6206, there's a significant step-down right outside the toilet, which is a serious safety hazard. Both adults and children almost tripped!
2. After sleeping there for one night, I woke up with itchy red welts all over my body, and I'm not sure what caused them.
Other than that, everything else was pretty good.
Also, the hotel's dryer ran for an hour but didn't dry anything at all. Guests might want to keep that in mind.

Overall a Memorable Stay with Fantastic Theme Park Access
We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Chimelong Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part of staying here is the complimentary access to several parks. We visited the Water Park, International Circus, Safari Park, and Birds Park. Every park was unique and impressive. Our highlights were definitely the Water Park and seeing the koalas and pandas at the Safari Park—truly unforgettable!
However, there are areas where the hotel needs improvement, particularly regarding hygiene and cleanliness. While we didn't mind that the rooms are a bit dated, finding leftover food in our first room was disappointing. To the staff's credit, they promptly upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. This was a significant issue for us.
The dining options were decent, and the vacation package itself was very memorable. We genuinely enjoyed our trip and would love to return, provided the hotel can address these cleaning and smoke odor issues.

The Chimelong package I bought on Ctrip was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a distinct Southeast Asian vibe, and the room was very clean and tidy, directly facing the water park. You could hear the music and the joyful shouts of the crowd coming from there. We visited the water park, Happy World, and the Safari Park. My Canadian husband had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. We hope to find such a great value hotel and ticket package again when we return to China for our vacation next year!

The room was spotless and very clean, and the service was excellent. We could even see white tigers from our room, which also had a huge balcony. The hotel also thoughtfully provided free electric shuttle carts to the scenic area. We were particularly satisfied. It's a great place for kids to vacation!

The king-size room for two was perfectly fine. All the room amenities were set up for two adults and two children, which added a nice playful touch. The instructions for park transportation and other facilities were clear. We also received complimentary water park tickets for the duration of our stay, which is good to prepare for in advance if you plan to use them.
Here are some potential downsides to be aware of:
1. Food delivery services generally cannot enter the park. You'll either need to use a delivery runner or walk two kilometers to the South Gate to pick it up yourself. Alternatively, you can dine at the park's restaurants, take a taxi, or use the shuttle bus to the North Gate/subway station and walk to find food.
2. Building 6, where I stayed, was incredibly humid. The book I brought with me actually warped and bent overnight. Be prepared for that.

The hotel breakfast was delicious, and you could see white tigers, African red-crowned cranes, and flamingos at any time. It's also very close to Happy World and Water World. We went during the off-season, so there were fewer people, and we barely had to queue, which made for a great experience. Highly recommend!

The indoor pool at the hotel charges a fee, seriously? Fine, I'll go to the outdoor pool then. But even there, you have to rent swimming rings for 15 each! And if all that wasn't enough, you'd at least expect the pool water to be clean, right? But no, there were used band-aids floating around. Can you believe it?
