The hotel is conveniently located within the resort, making it super easy to get to all the different parks via the free shuttle bus. The biggest highlight was the White Tiger Buffet Restaurant – having breakfast while watching white tigers and flamingos roam around was such a pleasant surprise, and my kids absolutely loved the animal-shaped pastries. My only complaints are that the room facilities are quite old, and the bedding had a musty smell.

The hotel is very closed to the amusement park and a must buy package for staying at the hotel, buffet and tickets.

So comfortable, and the service was exceptionally good. All the staff, from the front desk to security, were warm and friendly. Because the place is so big, we often needed their help, and they were always so nice. They also gave us helpful tips on timings and how to best enjoy our stay. They were especially kind to the kids, even nicer than their own mothers, honestly!

Arrived during the off-season and they had a room ready for us to check in first thing in the morning, even upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. The room was well-stocked with toiletries, including a disposable bath liner. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was even a mascot interaction. The hotel environment is full of lush greenery, and outside they have many turtles, parrots, pelicans, and seagulls. In the evenings, there's live singing and music at the lobby bar. The included package was excellent value – the free shuttle to the scenic spots was so convenient it felt like the room itself was complimentary. The staff were all very friendly, wore neat uniforms, and worked efficiently.

Excellent staff, we been upgraded room with birthday decorations and presents! Room can smoke but no smoking smell it was supper great. Chimelong stay 1 night is not enough have to be 2 night.

The hotel service was excellent as always. Since it wasn't peak season, we were able to check in early and even got a late checkout until 1 PM for free. All the restaurants offer group deals, which makes up for the fact that you can't order takeout. It's super convenient to get to any of the parks from here. You can even see white tigers and flamingos right from the hotel, which was an amazing experience!

The hotel has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located for sightseeing. The breakfast is also fantastic, and you can see birds and white tigers from the restaurant.

The safari park is a lot of fun, with a wide variety of animals and diverse ways to explore, such as a mini-train that takes you through, feeling a bit like a safari on the African plains, where you can watch herds of animals roam freely. You can also take a cable car for views.

Our trip to Chimelong was made even better by choosing the Chimelong Hotel, and the biggest surprise was the White Tiger Buffet. We got to dine while watching white tigers! While the room wasn't brand new, it was spacious, clean, and had thoughtful touches for families. There's a shuttle bus to the park, and we even got early access, which meant we could hop on the little train before the crowds arrived – an amazing experience! The animals at the Safari Park were all in great condition, and the giant pandas were especially lively. The evening circus show was absolutely worth the price of admission, and as guests, we had exclusive great seats. It was so spectacular, we didn't want to blink!

The room was quite spacious, and we stayed for 4 days, enjoying unlimited access to the wildlife park. Even with our 2-year-old, we could explore at a relaxed pace. We rode the cable car 3 times and the mini-train twice – we had a blast! The service was very responsive; they brought plenty of bottled water daily for the baby's milk. We even had breakfast with white tigers at the hotel's White Tiger Restaurant, and there were two tigers in the lobby coffee bar. The kids were thrilled!

Everything was great all around! Even though it was a holiday and quite crowded, the check-in process was well-guided and orderly, which I really appreciated. We were given a room on the 8th floor with a fantastic view. While it was a bit noisy at night being close to the water park, the noise stopped by 8:30 PM. From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we were usually out for dinner anyway, so it didn't really bother us. The room had a balcony with a drying rack, and it was very spacious and clean. You can tell they put a lot of thought into everything. We walked so much our legs were exhausted, and we only managed to see the safari park. Next time we come back to visit the bird park, we'll definitely choose Chimelong Hotel again. Oh, and a big bonus: we could watch Jade TV!
