I checked in at the Executive Lounge on the afternoon of March 3rd, after calling ahead to have the room prepared. My trip was for six days and five nights in an executive room (originally five days and four nights, extended by a day due to a hotel laundry issue).

Despite a few bumps, this trip was great overall. The unpleasant incidents during my stay had nothing to do with the lounge staff. Even after checking out, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation from the hotel. I won't leave a negative review, but I reserve the right to pursue this further.
What caused my clothes to be damaged and improperly ironed? How do you explain the room noise and the unreplenished mini-bar? Was the guest who burned their tongue on coffee followed up with promptly?
The follow-up handling has been dragged out and lacked sincerity! Your 'choose one' offer and the eventual 'choose two' were both very low-class. Due to time constraints, I don't want to get into a further dispute.
You are Mo, a 'Diamond' hotel. You shouldn't treat executive room members this way!

Pretty good hotel even it already have sometime, you can feel it during walked in to hotel all staff smile with polite welcome. I m happy even i m tired during my travel and the hotel is clean and smell nice(you can see my photo), and the check in counter have a great job to explained all the facilities and the question i want to know. Room i will say good because they upgrade my room to Mandarin room, and the bed is superb nice hope i can get 1 in my home. I love this hotel, really like it.

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the conditioner in the bathroom wasn't refilled in time – I couldn't squeeze any out at all. The shampoo was also empty in the morning. The location is very convenient, great for exploring Taikoo Hui.

Great! The front desk ladies, Cynthia and Joelle, were also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the lady who checked me out was from my hometown in Xinjiang. It felt so familiar and warm. I wish her all the best in her work at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou!

Chose Mandarin Oriental for our anniversary staycation, and it was a great choice! Loved all the beautiful flowers, definitely a plus. We stayed in an Executive Club Room, so check-in and check-out were conveniently handled at the 24th-floor lounge. It was so relaxing to sit down, enjoy some afternoon tea, and wait for our room. The afternoon tea at Mandarin Oriental was exactly to my liking, especially the savory bites – really nice! The hotel itself is a bit older, but you can tell it's very well-maintained and they're clearly making an effort to update facilities to enhance the guest experience. Service-wise, we were lucky to encounter some really wonderful ladies, especially Cora on our second day who went above and beyond for us. She was always so enthusiastic and patient in her responses, truly deserving of full marks. Looking forward to our next stay!

The hotel's overall decor is very classic and timeless, a style that will never go out of fashion. The service is also excellent; staff members proactively help with luggage and open the hotel doors as soon as you arrive. As an introvert, it almost made me feel a bit guilty, haha. Front desk ladies Ivy and Mona were also incredibly thoughtful, always speaking kindly and providing graceful, appropriate service throughout. All in all, this was my first stay at a Mandarin Oriental, and I'm very impressed! Plus, the hotel is right next to Taikoo Hui, with direct access, making shopping incredibly convenient.

Thanks for the welcome fruit! The direct access to TaiKoo Hui was a lifesaver, helping me avoid the广州 rain. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a great variety, including à la carte options, starting at 6 AM, which was perfect for my early flight.

Why isn't this considered a room with a view of Canton Tower? Every night when I returned to the room, the curtains would automatically open to reveal three prominent skyscrapers. This family foodie trip, choosing Mandarin Oriental was incredibly convenient; all the restaurants we wanted to try were nearby. My parents, who were longing to see Canton Tower, found it super easy to get there, just two or three subway stops away right from downstairs. The location is truly excellent.
As for service, this was my second stay, and the doormen and front desk staff were as aloof and inefficient as ever. However, the room service was thoughtful in every way. My husband brewed tea in the room, and the four bottles of water provided on the first day weren't enough. After that, the cleaning lady would leave an absurd amount of water on the table every day, which made me laugh and take a photo. The room layout is well-designed, with a square configuration and a great wet/dry separation, making for a very comfortable stay.
As for service, this was my second stay, and the doormen and front desk staff were as aloof and inefficient as ever. However, the room service was thoughtful in every way. The location is incredibly convenient, right above Taikoo Hui, making dining and shopping a breeze. The service was warm and attentive, and they even gave us a fridge magnet as a souvenir when we checked out. Since we had an early morning flight, the packed breakfast box was also very generous.

Understated luxury! It's right next to Taikoo Hui, which is super convenient for shopping. The service is, as expected, impeccable – almost unbelievably good! Parking is a breeze, with direct elevator access from the underground garage. The pool view is nothing special, but it's an outdoor heated pool. While the holiday view isn't amazing, the transportation is very convenient. The best part, hands down, is breakfast. It's fantastic, good enough to be a brunch. The eggs Benedict and French toast are delicious!
