Second time staying at a W Hotel, and I'm very satisfied with the Guangzhou W.
**Location:** It's right in the core Pearl River area, making it very convenient to walk or take a taxi to the museum or Canton Tower.
**Facilities:** Excellent. The room was much more spacious than my last stay in Singapore, with a separate walk-in closet and bathroom, and a bathtub. The gym and pool were both great, even with kids.
**Service:** Very good. They were always responsive to requests, and even delivered takeout directly to the room. Breakfast was a little less impressive than in Singapore, without the à la carte options, but the beef ball noodle soup was absolutely delicious!
I'll definitely be back!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities and amenities were comprehensive, and parking was convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the safety measures were well-thought-out. All in all, a very good experience!

Are guests at the W hotel immune to the cold? While Guangzhou isn't freezing, it's certainly not warm. I always bring my own blanket when traveling because I can't get used to hotel duvets, but this hotel didn't have hot air conditioning! I had to wear a jacket inside the room just to stay warm! When I called the front desk, they told me they only turn on the heat if the temperature drops below 13 degrees Celsius and could only provide a space heater. I was too lazy to switch hotels, so we just slept with the space heater on. The adults and kids felt hot, but I was cold, and as a result, none of us slept well. The next day, I asked the front desk for a blanket, and they didn't have any either. The only thing truly worth praising was the welcoming staff at the hotel entrance. They were always enthusiastic, greeting us as we came and went, and proactively opened car doors and helped with luggage when we got in and out of the car.

Had a wonderful surprise birthday at the W Guangzhou! The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, and a special thanks to Sandy's team for preparing not only a beautiful birthday cake but also authentic Cantonese 'tong sui' (sweet soup). This unexpected gesture truly warmed my heart. My thanks also go to Jacqueline and Crystal at the front desk for their meticulous arrangements, making this stay exceptionally memorable! Highly recommend – full marks!

Coming back to Guangzhou after thirty years, I happened to pass by the W and decided to stay here. It was a very comfortable stay. Clinton provided excellent service and upgraded me to a suite. The environment was also good.

I visited Guangzhou for a short weekend trip to explore and try out some food, and chose to stay at the W Hotel in Zhujiang New Town. Overall, the environment, cleanliness, and service were excellent, making it a very pleasant overnight stay.
Compared to the W in Changsha, the public areas here offered more space for guests to sit and chat. However, the guest room design was a bit more business-like and minimalist. For us, we were hoping for a younger, cooler, and more vibrant style.
It's worth mentioning that I requested 'no end room' when booking, and they honored it, which was great.

Traveling to Guangzhou with my child, I wanted to pick a unique hotel, and the W certainly didn't disappoint! Its stylish design felt like an art gallery in itself, and my child was fascinated by the lighting installation in the lobby. A big thank you to Jacqueline for her warm hospitality; she made our city trip feel special right from the moment we arrived at the hotel. It was a truly memorable experience!

The hotel design is truly stylish, the night view from the room is stunning, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! My experience at W Guangzhou was absolutely amazing! Olina at the front desk was super efficient with my check-in, always had a warm smile, and thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's special services and local tips. Her attention to detail was top-notch. But Jennie and Crystal, the housekeepers, were truly outstanding. They responded instantly to any request, whether it was delivering items or answering questions, handling everything quickly and perfectly. The entire experience was incredibly smooth and comfortable, truly living up to the W standard. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

Traveling to Guangzhou with kids, choosing W Hotel was absolutely the right decision! A huge shout-out to Olina at the front desk and Crystal the butler – a million thanks to them! Olina saw we had children and proactively offered kids' toiletries, and even specially arranged our room in a quiet corner so we could get a better, more peaceful environment to rest. Plus, the surrounding area is very convenient with a well-developed commercial district. In short, great facilities and even warmer service; for a family trip, you can't go wrong here!
