City Comfort Inn Shenzhen Airport North in Shenzhen

We booked a double room, and since we were traveling with a child, we brought our own four-piece bedding set and a baby towel. We didn't plan to use the hotel's towels or bath towels. However, upon check-in, we discovered that nothing was provided except for one towel. We checked out after one night. An hour later, they called us repeatedly, saying we had taken everything from the hotel, including two bath towels and two bath towels. I immediately asked them to check the security footage. Then, in the afternoon, we received a call saying a part-time housekeeping staff member had made a mistake and was on leave, so they couldn't be reached. We were completely bewildered. Then, thinking back, the duvet wasn't properly covered, and the sheets were dirty. It was obvious that the previous guest hadn't cleaned the room properly or changed the sheets, and even the towel they left behind had been used. What a terrible hotel!
