1. The showerhead has strong water pressure, making showering very comfortable.

2. Replacing the old fixtures (room carpet, sofa, kettle, mattress, sheets, and the wooden trim under the bathroom sink) with new ones would give it a more five-star feel.

3. I experienced itching while sleeping; I recommend mite removal and frequently changing the bed linens.

4. This five-star hotel opened in 2001; it must have been very successful back then.

Exceptional Stay at Parkview Dingshan Hotel – Thoughtful Service and Peaceful Surroundings

I had a truly wonderful experience at Parkview Dingshan Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attention to detail. A special thank you to Ms. Zhou at the front desk, who went above and beyond by helping us call and prepay for a taxi during an emergency—her professionalism and kindness made a stressful moment much easier.

The hotel staff were consistently thoughtful. Noticing we were a bit uncomfortable with the local climate, they provided a humidifier in our room without us even asking. It’s this level of care that truly makes a difference.

The breakfast buffet was also a highlight—varied, fresh, and delicious, offering a great start to each day.

While the hotel is not in the city center, it’s very convenient for visiting local attractions. What’s more, its location on a park-like mountain offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. It’s quiet, safe, and scenic—a hidden gem that feels like a destination in itself.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, exceptional service, and a serene environment during their travels.

Poor service: There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door when I went out, and the cleaning staff even entered the room without permission. The front desk replied that the sign had fallen off, I was really speechless.
