Honestly, I wasn't very satisfied this time. I booked this hotel for a conference.
First, they couldn't accommodate a non-smoking floor. After some effort in communicating, they finally gave me a non-smoking room, but upon entering, I found it had a bathtub.
Since I had a foot injury, it was inconvenient to climb in and out. I communicated with the hotel and they kindly changed me to a room with a shower, which I really appreciate.
Then, something inexplicable happened: I had taken off my clothes and was about to turn the shower handle when it just fell off! I had to put my clothes back on, call the front desk for maintenance, and a housekeeping attendant came. She just twisted it back on, and that was it. I didn't dare adjust the temperature, so I just quickly showered and got out.
Also, the room was very hot. Even set to 10 degrees, the air conditioning didn't cool, but it was incredibly noisy. I couldn't fall asleep until after 3 AM. The windows were also quite dirty.
However, I must commend the duck blood vermicelli soup at breakfast – it was delicious.

My stay was incredibly comfortable. Ms. W from the elegant staff was very attentive, and YM at the front desk handled my check-in quickly and smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping. Both the overall service and environment were satisfying, providing an excellent experience. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips.

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and it was quiet even though I was on the 55th floor. Eating breakfast on the 56th floor offered great views. It's super convenient as the subway station is right outside, and Deji Plaza is just across the street. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Traveling to Nanjing with two kids, the Elegant Rhyme Junior Suite's layout was perfect. The window offered a direct view of the Sun Yat-sen statue. The bedroom has a sliding door, which is great for separating it from the living room. This meant that after the kids went to sleep, the adults could still use the bathroom and living room. The room also included complimentary laundry for two items daily, which was incredibly convenient for a family with children. Every staff member was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Jinling Hotel this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our wonderful suite butler! Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. When I wanted to order some Jinling glutinous rice cakes from Meiyuan for a late-night snack, she immediately helped coordinate and even kindly reminded me about how cold food tastes – so considerate! She also clearly and meticulously explained the complimentary laundry service, making the rules and steps easy to understand. She was incredibly patient.
During our stay, we truly experienced the charm of Jinling's cuisine. We lived comfortably, ate to our heart's content, and everything was incredibly convenient. Choosing the right hotel really makes all the difference!

Arrived at the hotel around noon and was able to check in right away. They even recommended some delicious local snack places. The staff, especially Ashley, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, greeting me warmly every morning. Their meticulous service made the experience fantastic. From my room, I got a great night view that even included Xuanwu Lake. The breakfast buffet on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower was varied and plentiful, with the duck blood vermicelli soup and Jinling pork buns being particularly delicious – my kid absolutely loved them! Will definitely choose Jinling Hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing!

The housekeeper proactively reached out beforehand to confirm the delivery time for my birthday cake, arranging everything perfectly. The next day, we spontaneously decided to have the cake delivered earlier. After contacting her, she immediately helped coordinate the change without hesitation, responding super quickly! As a renowned five-star hotel, Jinling Hotel's service certainly lives up to its reputation. The housekeeper was enthusiastic, attentive, gentle, and patient throughout our stay. Every detail showed how much effort she put in. This stay wasn't just about accommodation; it was a birthday experience filled with surprises and warmth.

Honestly, I'm not sure if all people from Nanjing are this friendly or if the hotel service is just exceptionally good. This is by far the best hotel service I've ever experienced. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade! 😊 I didn't even ask, but they offered it because I was with an elder. That was so thoughtful.

Centrally located in Xinjiekou, this hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient to get around and perfect for shopping! The service is incredibly attentive; Manager Fang from the VIP hotline provided professional and meticulous service with a warm and thoughtful demeanor. She was proactive and thorough throughout, always responding and following up on every detail. Before my stay, Ms. Fang noticed from my social media that I was traveling with a baby and thoughtfully left a message saying she would arrange for children's amenities. These small touches truly made me feel at home at Jinling Hotel, showcasing their high-quality service and leaving a lasting impression. The concierge was also very polite and helpful with luggage. Jinling Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Xinjiekou, making it super convenient for transportation. It's definitely the best place to stay in Nanjing. The newly renovated rooms have a great feel to them, and the gym and pool facilities are top-notch. The restaurant offers authentic local flavors that really showcase Nanjing's culinary scene. Second visit in 9 mths. Good food, prepared very well. Exceptional value as you can eat and drink as much as you can for RMB208pp.
