Great location and the staff was really nice and helpful! The room was really simple and the bed was not the best, but that was not a problem for us. However, we had an unexpected surprise when in the middle of the night while going to the toilet, I saw a cockroach on the floor…it ended up hiding inside the lavatory/vanity and we just blocked the way out. It did not ruined our stay but it was not nice...
This hotel is absolutely terrible. The only good thing about it is its location. I really can't say anything positive about the rest. They advertised a 'double breakfast,' but it turned out to be at the 7-Eleven next door – just a hamburger, an egg tart, and soy milk made from powder. The hamburger even had ice in it! I took two bites and was sick all day. If I hadn't been on my way to another city...
Traveling solo was great; the staff, especially Xiao Wu at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and welcoming even late at night. The king-size room was really cozy and even had a small table, perfect for a late-night snack.
Xiao Wu at the front desk provided excellent service. The environment was satisfying and the location was great.
My friend accidentally left their phone in a Didi car. Since we were using an international number, we couldn't contact Didi directly. The hotel front desk was incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us in contacting Didi customer service and the driver. In the end, we successfully got the phone back! I highly recommend this hotel; their service is truly outstanding! 🫡🫡🫡
The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside a subway entrance. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The butler service was enthusiastic, and check-in was incredibly fast. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We brought our child to Nanjing for a four-day, three-night trip during the spring break, perfectly avoiding the peak travel period. The hotel even upgraded our room type, which made us so happy! We drove here, and the hotel has its own parking area. It's also very close to the subway station, and across the street is the Avant-garde Bookstore. The most satisfying thing was the hotel's cleanliness...
The room offered a great view, and it was very quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. You can scan a QR code to order food to your room. Although my first lunch order took a while, the food was decent. The rooftop restaurant has an excellent view, and I don't mind the higher prices, but the food quality was quite average. Specifically, the abalone wasn't good. I hope they can improve their dish...
This hotel is located in the heart of Nanjing, making it very convenient to get around. It's an older five-star property, but it's very well-maintained. The front desk, room service, and restaurant staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The duck blood vermicelli soup was delicious, and right across the street is the main branch of Librairie Avant-Garde, which is perfect for snapping some photos
First time staying here, and the hotel offers great value for money! The service was also excellent, especially the doorman who helped with luggage and gave directions – very thoughtful! The only slight downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective at cooling the room. The hotel mentioned it's because the weather isn't hot yet. I hope they can improve this aspect. I'd still consider...
This old-school five-star hotel really needs to learn from newer five-star brands. Why do they still require a deposit at check-in? And there are only four EV charging spots, all occupied, not even for charging, just for parking. The electricity fees are quite expensive too. Come on, step it up!
The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around the city. The service attitude was impeccable, and we even received a small gift after choosing to upgrade our room. We paid 99 to upgrade to a more premium Executive Suite. The room was indeed very spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a massage chair to relieve the day's fatigue. It truly felt like a classic five-star...

The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, with the Presidential Palace, Jiming Temple, and Xinjiekou all within walking distance, making getting around super easy. The internal facilities are decent; the family-friendly twin room was spacious, but the activity space was a bit small. The service was quite warm, especially Auntie Xiong, who cleaned our room – she was very considerate...
The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There are all sorts of street food vendors nearby, and you can even walk to Zhujiang Road, which is another hub for great food.
Got a free room upgrade, which was great! The location is super convenient, close to the subway, and you can easily walk to attractions like the Presidential Palace and Jiming Temple. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel also offered lunch sets that tasted pretty good.
The hotel's location is excellent! 😊 It's right next to Fuxiao Subway Station on Line 3, and there's a Starbucks downstairs. Plus, with a shopping center nearby, you'll have no trouble finding places to eat and drink. The 1912 district is also just a 10-15 minute walk away. The room was a bit small and pretty standard, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. I received a welcome drink, but unfortunately...
It's been years since I last visited Nanjing, back when I was in college. The city has changed so much, all for the better, but what remains constant is its unwavering friendliness and warmth. I've stayed at Marriott hotels many times during my travels, and this time was no different – overall, it was excellent. I especially want to thank Ms. Doris Ye, the hotel manager. She was so kind and welcoming, carefully asking about our needs and patiently helping us choose a room. It felt just like being with family!
Arrived late at the hotel, and the check-in process was seamless thanks to Ivy Wang at the front desk. She made me feel incredibly welcome, just like being at home. All the staff I encountered were lovely. The hotel's location is excellent, with unbeatable views. I'm really grateful to have met such a wonderful team. It was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back next time!
Excellent location, right next to a well-equipped mall, and Xuanwu Lake is just outside. The facilities, service, and dining are all top-notch. Highly recommended!
Staying at The Westin Nanjing Jinmao Hotel was absolutely worth it, a definite five-star experience! First off, the hotel's location is impeccable, right next to Xuanwu Lake with incredibly convenient transportation. While the room facilities show a bit of age, they are meticulously maintained and very clean, which didn't detract from the comfort of my stay at all. The room's view, however, was the...
Facilities: The mattress was incredibly comfortable, I fell asleep instantly. The elevator provides direct access to the subway station, mall, and parking lot, just follow the signs – it's super convenient for shopping. For parking, you need to navigate to the Jinmao Laoxiu City underground parking. There are dedicated hotel parking spaces, usually mechanical ones, which are easy to use with staff...
Service: Good. The window offers a direct view of Xuanwu Lake, and there's a bathtub that the kids will love 🛁

The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the decor was quite nice. Breakfast had a good selection of food.
Very comfortable hotel. Nice and vary breakfast.
The service is very good, the lobby is very beautiful, the location is in Jiangbei District, because it is about 20 kilometers away from the city by car, which is OK, about 40 minutes, there are many varieties of breakfast, especially the small wontons and duck blood vermicelli are good, the fried rice noodles are delicious, the room is clean, although the facilities are a bit old, but generally good...
The room is very large with a great view. At night, you can see the brightly lit expressway, which is like a gorgeous neon avenue. But the facilities are really old. The shower head sings a sad song, accompanying the whole bathing process, and the tiles are telling the past time. The front desk attitude is very good. The breakfast is very average, and the duck blood vermicelli soup is really not delicious
It's very clean, but a little noisy outside (because it's close to the highway).
My child is studying in Pukou Campus, so I live here. This hotel is cost-effective and has good service. This is our second stay. The Huaiyang cuisine in the restaurant is also delicious, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away.

The rooms are exceptionally clean. We've stayed here several times, and Hotel Shangmei is one of our favorite hotels. The robot delivery service for meals is quick, and housekeeping is excellent. Plus, you can enjoy the night view.
This hotel has a fantastic ambiance, it was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast selection was amazing!
FThe room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the water in the bath and shower wasn’t that hot. I wanted to take a relaxing bath and for the whole time I could hear the pipes making loud sounds (unfortunately unable to upload a video with sound). Other than that, it’s a great location, there are lots of restaurants in walking distance

This hotel is a bonus location due to the crowded location of the universities. Nanjing is always busy and congested and it can be very stressful. However this hotel has a nice lot set back off the road, with underground parking and spacious rooms. I booked a room with a tent for kids and in the pictures you can see he had some fun!
The location is good, close to the Presidential Palace and Jiangnan Weaving Museum. Next door are two old buildings from the Republic of China. The subway station is not far away. The room was quite comfortable. I don't know if it was because we booked a family room, but they also gave us some snacks. Pros: Hotel is super central to everything. Staff attitude was great and helpful. There is a baggage storage area if you want to go out after checking out. Cons: Only negative I have is that no one came to clean the room.

Everything else is satisfactory, but the heating effect of the air conditioner in winter is too poor. I turned on the heating mode for a whole night, but the room was still cold.
The actual situation is different from the pictures promoted by Ctrip. The facilities in the hotel rooms are a bit old, and the bathroom shower head leaked and made noise all night long. TV only has pictures but no sound
Compared with many five-star hotels in Nanjing, although they are older, they are well maintained and the rooms are large in size, especially the air conditioning and bath water pressure. It deserves praise. The service level is in place and the hotel environment is also very good. The parking lot It's big and the price is not exaggerated. A rather satisfying trip to Nanjing!

Hotel has a traditional vibe and updated facility with even a garden and koi pond for kids to explore. Greeted by professional and very warm crew every day. Breakfast has quite a lot of local food options. We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was very spacious. Although the last renovation was quite some time ago, it's still well-maintained and very clean. Some of the facilities are a bit old but complete, and the thoughtful little details are great. The service attitude was also very good. One suggestion: it might be time to replace the electric kettle, as there's a thick layer of white limescale around the spout.
Every time I visit Nanjing, I stay here. Especially the ancient trees and buildings in the courtyard, and the hotel staff who provide a warm, professional, and reliable experience – everything is top-notch. I'm very satisfied, and the Trip.com service was also exceptionally convenient and on point.
I spent a long time choosing a hotel and settled on this one because of its rich history and wonderfully atmospheric decor. The hotel I stayed at for the concert was great value for money. The room was clean and tidy, with some basic exercise facilities. The yoga mat and yoga ball were very useful. The best hotel next to the Longjiang branch of the Provincial People's Hospital, with convenient parking, a landmark building, and easy to find. I didn't expect to live so quietly and cheaply in the quiet mountains.
Hygiene is ok. The environment lacks maintenance. The service attitude is average. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, and there is no food after 8 o'clock. After many complaints, they reluctantly served some milk and noodles. The facilities lack maintenance and many damages have not been repaired in a timely manner.
The environment around the hotel is very good, but the bed is hard, the management of breakfast needs to be improved (there was a phenomenon of snatching yogurt), and the quality of breakfast is average
The environment in the park is very good and suitable for vacation, but the service attitude is poor. The park is very large but there is no shuttle bus in the park.
The bathroom needs to be improved, the breakfast should have more variety, and the manor has a beautiful environment.
During the festival, it is quiet in the bustling city. Seven rooms are 2700 yuan in total.

My bestie and I came to Nanjing for a weekend getaway and chose the Holiday Inn Express Nanjing Dongshan. Our experience was absolutely fantastic! 🥳 The room had amazing natural light, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered great street views – perfect for photos! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, which was reassuring. The hotel is...
The location is convenient, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, are very nice. Everything was great! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit in the future. Keep up the good work!!
The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded my room for free. The gym had a good selection of equipment, and the free laundry room was a huge convenience.
Booked this hotel online and was pleasantly surprised by how great the environment was. The room was very tidy and had a faint, pleasant incense smell instead of any foul odors. The bedsheets were also clean, with no strange smells or stains. The brunch and dinner at the hotel were delicious and offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Good location close to Jiangning Baijiahu convenient for driving. Breakfast is ok. Only bad thing is that You can smell smoke in the hotel Lobby, public area…
I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They even upgraded my room and included complimentary breakfast. The room was clean, and all amenities like tea and water were provided. There are also dining options nearby. Overall, the hotel environment is quite good, and parking is free. I'm very pleased.

Overall, the private onsen room was good and I recommend it, but there were a few shortcomings: 1. Contrary to what others mentioned, there was no staff member to guide me, help with luggage, or introduce the hotel. I had to manage everything myself. 2. As an onsen hotel, there should be more towels and bath towels in the room. The current supply is only enough for one soak. You either have to dry...
This is our third time vacationing at the Garden Expo Park, and our stay at the Jumeirah Hotel exceeded all expectations this time. The room had already been set up with amenities for children and a welcome fruit platter, and the minibar was well-stocked. Every staff member, from concierge to front desk, and those at the hot springs and restaurants, was warm, polite, and patient. The housekeeping staff...
The balcony with the hot tub was pretty good.
The room was very spacious, and the hotel felt new with a stylish design. The breakfast was also good, even including steak. The service attitude was excellent. It was a great spot for a small gathering with friends, and we could also explore the Garden Expo Park nearby.
The environment is great, the room is spacious, and the hotel service is excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. It was very relaxing to lie in bed watching TV after a hot spring soak. A very satisfying hot spring trip, I recommend the private onsen room!
The hotel is located inside the Garden Expo Park, and you need a QR code to enter. It's a bit inconvenient that the hotel itself doesn't have a Chinese restaurant, but the Western restaurant is worth trying. There's only one hot spring pool. Still, it's fine for a two-night stay.
