The hotel's location is excellent, with a nice surrounding environment, making dining and shopping very convenient. The facilities are new, and cleanliness is well-maintained. The hotel service is truly outstanding; I will definitely stay here again next time.

The rooms are exceptionally clean. We've stayed here several times, and Hotel Shangmei is one of our favorite hotels. The robot delivery service for meals is quick, and housekeeping is excellent. Plus, you can enjoy the night view.

Other than that, it’s a great location, there are lots of restaurants in walking distance

The hotel is located by Baijia Lake, with three plazas downstairs offering a great variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Everything you need is right there. It's also very convenient to get around by subway. The hotel facilities are good, and the lake view rooms offer a beautiful scenery.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. It's located in a central area, which is really convenient for sightseeing. The views, both day and night, are great. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Nanjing. The facilities are excellent, and it's right across from Baijia Lake. It's super convenient to get to from Nanjing South Railway Station – just 4 stops on Metro Line 1 brings you right to the hotel's doorstep. Plus, there's JinYing and JingFeng shopping centers downstairs, making it easy to get around and find places to eat.

The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent, even including a bathtub. The large window offered a great view. The service attitude was very good. It was a bit warm at first, but it cooled down on the second day, so overall I was quite satisfied.

Didn't take photos of the room, but it was huge, with a bathtub and shower, and a wet/dry separation – my family loved it! The view from the window was amazing 👍🏻. We were in rooms 01 and 02 on the 23rd floor. There's an extra door outside that can be closed, essentially making it a family suite. Downstairs is the Golden Eagle shopping mall and the 1912 Creative Park, which is very lively with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. The surrounding area is very chic. Overall, the hotel is excellent! To find such a value-for-money hotel during the Chinese New Year period was truly fantastic~ The service was also great! The only thing I found a bit pricey was buying a breakfast voucher separately for hotel guests.
