We were planning a trip to Suzhou Amusement Park, and luckily, we found this hotel that included tickets, saving us the hassle of buying them separately. Knowing it was a Marriott property, I expected it to be good, but I was still pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a suite for free! Our whole family was incredibly happy. The only downside was that it was a holiday, so breakfast was crowded and required a bit of a wait. You just need to plan your time accordingly. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Pretty good, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just okay, the noodles weren't very tasty. The hotel's outdoor environment is nice, surrounded by greenery with fresh air. Service was decent and quite prompt.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and had good ventilation. Breakfast was served for a long time, tasted good, and had a wide variety of options. The front desk staff provided excellent service.

The group-buy deal was incredibly good value. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive from Forest World. The king-size bed, at 2 meters, was plenty big enough for two adults and one child. It was pretty quiet at night, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. Very satisfied, excellent value for money.

The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The room itself was fantastic; my family and kids absolutely loved it. The only downside was that it was a weekend, and it got so crowded that there were no seats available for breakfast, haha! But other than that, everything was perfect!

I checked in quite late on the day of arrival, and the hotel proactively upgraded me to a suite.
The room was quite spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. However, perhaps because the occupancy rate for suites isn't very high, the facilities weren't as well-maintained. There were cracks, whether on the wallpaper or something else, but the cleanliness was still good.
The suite had a mini-fridge, which is pretty important now that summer's here.
Overall, the service was excellent and efficient. On the day I checked in, there were many student groups staying next door who were quite noisy. After another guest complained, the hotel immediately contacted the group leader to address the issue.
It would be great if the breakfast selection were a bit richer. I barely saw any substantial meat dishes! 😂

The hotel facilities and environment are great, and the staff are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Since it was a holiday and traffic was heavy, the front desk told us the best ways to get around. Parking at the hotel is convenient with plenty of spaces.

When I came to Suzhou, I chose this hotel. The hotel environment is quite good, and the room is also very spacious. The staff upgraded us to a suite when they saw we had a child, and even prepared small slippers and a toothbrush for the little one. The wontons and rice noodles at the breakfast buffet were excellent, and my child loved the smiley face potatoes, eating them both mornings. We stayed for two nights and also got amusement park tickets, which was really great value for money.
