I just want to ask, why didn't the upstairs renovation team tell me beforehand or offer me earplugs? I only got a few hours of sleep, and all I could hear was the renovation noise. My impression was terrible! I will never come to your house again.

I booked a room with a bathtub, but there were no disposable bath bags inside. I asked the front desk for some, and they said they would check and get back to me later. Almost two hours passed, and I still hadn't received a reply. I went back to the front desk, and this time they said they were out of stock. I mean, shouldn't they have told me they were out of stock? Besides, my purpose in booking this bathtub room was definitely to take a bath; otherwise, why would I have booked it? I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Shantang Scenic Area, and you can get there by strolling. The subway entrance is just downstairs, and it is only 2 stops away from the train station. There is also an underground snack street. The room is quite spacious, the latex mattress is very comfortable, and the front desk lady has a very good attitude.

On the first day of stay, the room was not cleaned properly. There were several obvious watermelon seeds on the floor. The cleaning lady was perfunctory. WeChat said that the bed sheets and quilt covers would be changed the next day, but they were not changed the next day. The room was not soundproofed. Construction work started at 6 am and continued until after 8 am. The accommodation experience was extremely bad and made me never want to come to Suzhou again.
