Beyond excellent, it exceeded all my expectations! From hygiene to service, everything was super nice. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handled my check-in, and patiently explained all the fun places nearby. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a worry-free stay. Breakfast was great, and the chicken soup wontons were especially delicious. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing. Located within Shushan Village, it's a fantastic spot to breathe in fresh air and unwind. The Emerald Lake, recommended by the front desk, was absolutely beautiful. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance!

I spontaneously decided to take my child on a short trip and saw that this place advertised natural hot springs. The tatami room also really appealed to both me and my child, and the price wasn't bad – it included breakfast for two and hot spring tickets. So, I immediately booked it and set off. We arrived in an hour and a half, right next to Shushan, which has a great environment and fresh air. We checked in and headed straight for a soak. You use your room card to get slippers and towels, so you basically don't need to prepare anything except a change of clothes. Inside the hot spring area, there are various pools like Eucommia, Chrysanthemum, Licorice, Rose, and Ginseng. Although they didn't have much scent, they were quite clean. My child loved the fish spa the most. The fish spa is 28 degrees Celsius, which is on the colder side, so I recommend playing there first before soaking in the hotter springs, otherwise, you might not be able to handle it. For dinner, we ate at the hotel restaurant; a few of the dishes were quite authentic. There are also some nice restaurants nearby that I'll try another day.

This hot spring trip was fantastic! The hotel upgraded our room for free, and the lunch was so delicious we were stuffed. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. The hot spring pools were diverse, and I finally got to enjoy the little fish spa again after a long time. The front desk staff were warm and meticulous. We also walked the wooden boardwalk in Shushan, which I really enjoyed. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance.

Sanrenshu Mountain Hot Spring: The hot springs are really fun, with many different types of pools. It's wonderfully warm for a winter soak.

Service: Supper is provided in the evening. The plain congee was absolutely delicious!

Environment: The hotel lobby is designed in the style of a Jiangnan water town, with many traditional elements throughout, such as 'touhu' (a traditional pitching game), a desk with the 'four treasures of the study' (brush, ink, paper, inkstone), and cultural and creative products from the Suzhou Museum. The rooms are spacious; though advertised as two single beds, each is actually 1.5m wide, making it more than enough for two adults and a child. The details are also well thought out, for instance, wooden combs are provided, and remote controls are covered in disposable plastic film.

Dining: Very convenient. The buffet breakfast offers authentic old-fashioned Suzhou flavors. The 'biezi tuan' (a local snack) genuinely brought back childhood memories; it's been a long time since I've had it.

Features: The natural hot springs are definitely the highlight. You start by depositing your shoes at the men's entrance, then collect slippers, a towel, and a wristband. Once your body is warm, you'll be well-prepared for the cold outside. Thoughtfully, plain water and ginger tea are also provided. After a soak, my skin felt very smooth, and I slept better than usual.

Overall: Located right next to Dayangshan Scenic Area, it's perfect for a weekend or holiday two-day trip in winter. I've already recommended it to friends and family.

On a weekend getaway, I was looking to relax in some hot springs and chose this hotel. The environment was lovely, and it was very clean. They had a good variety of hot spring types, and the breakfast buffet in the morning offered a lot of choices, which was great. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

I stayed at the Shushan Shuxiang Shijia Hotel in Suzhou for a night to enjoy their hot springs. They have 12 outdoor hot spring pools. I soaked for a bit after arriving in the afternoon, and then went again after dinner, which was very relaxing.

The hotel's breakfast and dinner are served at the Suwei Restaurant on the first floor, and the food was delicious.

Overall, it was good. We got a package deal that included unlimited access to the hot springs during our stay. The front desk service was nice. When it got crowded, getting wristbands, changing into slippers, and storing shoes at the hot spring entrance was a bit chaotic. The breakfast had a good variety, and overall, I was very satisfied. I wouldn't recommend the self-service laundry; it seemed a bit dirty.
