Worst hotel experience I have ever encountered (frequent teaveller, globally).
1- Staff speaks almost no English
2- Outdated rooms & overall building
3- Concierge is extremely lazy, does not want to help
4- Really bad location (no good restaurants nearby)
5- Rooms have inproper AC
6- Wifi extremely bad/wired very slow, instabel

Please take into account this is from the point of view of a business travel.

The family came to Dalian to visit and stayed in this hotel which was really nice. The taxi driver started to introduce us to swimming in Xiajiahe. Fortunately, the front desk told us that it was very far away, and recommended us the Shicao Beach, which is very close. The beach is very good and very close. The hotel room is also large and fully equipped, which is quite good.

The room is clean, tidy and bright. The service is also very warm. There is a swimming pool on the sixth floor of the hotel and a children's pool for children to play in, which is very good. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel itself has good food, but is a bit expensive. There is a restaurant across the road from the hotel, and the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The room is clean, especially the cartoon floor mat, which is like new. The parent-child room has a slide and a tent, which is very suitable for babies. The waiter is enthusiastic and the experience is good. I will come again when I come to Dalian.

There was no air conditioning on May Day, the indoor temperature was nearly 30 degrees, and the temperature could not be lowered even if the windows were opened at night. I woke up many times due to the heat.

The overall feeling of the hotel is still very good. First of all, the room is spacious, bright and warm. The staff is also very friendly and the things we asked for were delivered to the room very quickly. Secondly, the hotel's swimming pool is special 👍🏻 and worth recommending. The location is also good and the transportation is convenient. The only drawback is that the room is a little dark. We checked in at Teda Parkview Hotel, the closest five-star hotel to Tiger Beach Ocean Park. The front desk lady not only sent New Year's greetings to the children, but also upgraded the hotel's parent-child suite for free. The room is spacious and bright, and there are children's toys in the room. The children love it very much. I like the service of the hotel staff. It's also a good choice to travel to Dalian in winter~
