Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la in Hong Kong

We enjoyed our stay at the Kerry hotel. It was clean, had amazing finishes, had a shuttle that offered rides to many parts of town. It was tucked away in a quieter area, but still had a stellar view. The breakfast had many options as well. Even though the hotel was kid friendly, it still felt peaceful and upscale. I would definitely return.

I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels all over the world, The Kerry Hotel beats them all. The staff are second to none. Always happy to greet you, always there when you need something, they really are amazing. The rooms are absolutely stunning. Bed could be the best I’ve ever slept in. The pool deck is gorgeous too, with an amazing view of the harbour. WiFi is super fast and worked for the whole stay without interruption. 3 days is really not enough. I wish I could stay longer. Will definitely be back soon!

The hotel is about a 35 minute drive from the airport, but traffic was light on the day that that drive was made. The hotel is pristine clean, and there are multiple places to eat, lounges to sit for a drink, and even an outside rooftop gathering area. Views from the waterfront side are spectacular. The staff is as friendly as any you will experience.

A special thank you to Him Lai, Fai Yung, Jacko Yeung, Horan Ng, and the concierge and reservations teams for helping coordinate our airport transfers, room arrangements, and breakfast logistics for the group. The communication leading up to our arrival was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

The airport transfer bus arranged by the hotel was comfortable, spacious, and made traveling with a large group incredibly easy. Small details like having a representative waiting with signage at the airport made the arrival process seamless after international travel.

One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet — it was truly exceptional. The variety, quality, and presentation were amazing, and it quickly became one of our group’s favorite parts of the hotel experience. There were so many delicious options, and it was the perfect way to begin each morning in Hong Kong.

We also really appreciated that the hotel arranged breakfast boxes for our group on our early departure day. It was such a thoughtful touch and incredibly helpful for our travelers leaving for the airport early in the morning.

The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and very well located, with outstanding service throughout. Our group genuinely felt welcomed and taken care of during our time there.

We would absolutely recommend Kerry Hotel Hong Kong for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Hong Kong.

Honestly a fantastic place to spend a few days in Hong Kong and not necessarily in the same spot as everyone else. Position is in between Whampoa and TST, it allows to explore Whampoa which is a nice area and at same time it's easily connected by the promenade to everything else. The rooms are beautiful and modern - very very comfortable. Everything is spotless clean and neat. Breakfast is varied and well presented. Staff is extremely polite and helpful - so kind and all speaking english. Swimming pool by the sea side and the view... Stunning. Bar is also having outdoor space and is beautiful too. They also have a great food court for dinner, we didn't try but looks good and nice to have.
Absolutely fantastic for us. We would come back any time we visit HK.

Great room and excellent service at reception !

It is a very good luxury hotel. In general, love the stay and foods. All the bellmen and front desk staff are always very kind and helpful.
However, the management team — possibly from Sales & Marketing or other departments — came across as quite rude and impolite. They seemed to care only about their VIP group and repeatedly pressured us to leave the lobby area when the first day we arrived.
Even though we don’t speak Chinese, they kept shouting at us in Mandarin, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
Location is a bit inconvenient as well.

It was an unexpected experience. I intended to stay there to watch the Arsenal team, but I didn't know that Spurs team was staying here. It's amazing. The hotel welcomed me very well. The service was good. There were also many people who greeted me with teasing sounds. 😂 It's one of the memories I will never forget. Thank you COYG 🔴⚪️

The room is clean and grand. We even enjoy the lounge on 8/F, which is only a few people stayed there. We can enjoy the view and our wonderful time. Besides, in case you need a haircut, the hotel will also do.

Location is at the ferry terminals for Northpoint and Central. Love this.. No highway in bay view.. Hunghom has just about everything one needs with 2 or 3 blocks. Short list, restaurant mall, Aeon,Park and Shop.Paper Stone Bakery. Don Ding.. missing fast food venues, Fortress Electronics
Lovely rooms.. but virtually no drawers.. no desk in the suites! No butler l, hooks closet for coats by the door. And someone is lecturing like bge managers, housekeeping the flowers mean bugs.. no it doesn't, and yes there should be bouquets .
Great Red Sugar bar , currently for Tea and Happy Hours. Very good buffet and reasonably priced!
Staff all wonderful and helpful.
Watched sailboats in the bay when there was level one typhoon alert..but hotel had all doors locked tight except entrance..very odd.
