Seriously, you guys, who gets it?! 🤩 This hotel is an absolute paradise! The environment is top-notch, the decor is incredibly stylish, and the cleanliness? Impeccable! It's so clean you could practically see your reflection 🧼. And the service attitude is absolutely amazing 👍, every staff member is so enthusiastic, greeting you with a smile the moment you walk in, and patiently answering any questions you have. My stay here was truly exceptional!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

Environment: Absolutely fantastic! The stunning Victoria Harbour, with its dazzling lights, is completely unobstructed. The city view is also great, offering sights of Harbour City, The Peninsula, and The Sheraton.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel. The staff provided excellent service, the cigar bar was fantastic, and breakfast was great too. I'll definitely stay here again. What's more, I originally booked for three days, but due to a sudden illness, I only stayed two days and checked out. The hotel kindly refunded me for the unused night.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. For the same view, you're paying half the price of the Rosewood next door. While it's a bit smaller than the Rosewood, the Regent feels much newer.

Dining: Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was far more extensive than what you'd typically find at other hotels in this price range.

Service: The entire staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming.

Facilities: The toilet isn't a bidet, but that's perfectly acceptable given the price point.

The room view is beautiful, the service is great, and the facilities are good too. The bathtub is very comfortable, but the shower water is cold and the water pressure isn't strong enough! The breakfast is also fantastic! Everything else was perfect.

My hotel room was being upgraded because of my birthday yesterday, which I appreciate. However, the room is still not spacious enough, and there was some noise from the corridor during the night. Please ensure that this is improved in the future.

The room faces Golden Bauhinia Square directly, offering a superb view and breathtaking scenery. However, there were quite a few dust mites in the room, which made me, as someone with a dust mite allergy, sneeze and have a runny nose constantly, which was a bit of a struggle. Also, the handheld showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted, which was very inconvenient. The overhead shower was in an awkward position, making it impossible to stand on the anti-slip mat. Everything else was excellent; the service was great, and the location was super convenient, right next to K11, with all dining and entertainment options within easy reach.

Luxurious hotel with excellent view of ocean and Hong Kong. My room had direct view of it. I can enjoy the night view directly from my room. Everything is my clean was clean and I can't find anything to complain about. Bathroom was huge. There are more than enough room in the closet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always do they their best to fulfill my requests. I was given a lounge access, which had good selection of light meal and snacks. However view from there want so good. You need to book a room with view like mine. I don't think other hotels have better view than here. If view is the most important deciding factor for you, this hotel is it.

Spacious and spectacular 180 degree view of the Victoria Harbour. Choices of English and Chinese tea set, and their presentation and taste exceed expectation. Outstanding customer service.

Amazing views, overprice drinks, average food, terrific ambience.

I was lucky enough to stay there for two nights, allowing me to pop down for a drink and some food on both nights. The drinks were expensive as hell, and I didn't both with the whisky since a single glass was almost enough to buy a whole bottle at regular prices. The food was okay, except the Chicken Rice was a massive disappointment...I paid over $40 for a meal that wasn't anywhere near as good as an average $4 Chicken Rice meal in Singapore. Will not make that mistake again, but at least I've saved my friends from ever having to order if they ever do.

Drinks were okay, the cocktails were average, and the Batman cocktail (in tribute to the IFC tower where the Dark Knight was filmed, which was visible from the Lounge) was pretty terrible. I couldn't finish it.

That said, you don't go there for the food, or drinks. It's the ambience, atmosphere, and most important, the outstanding - world class - view. I will definitely head back there on my next trip to HK, though I'll probably stick to draft beer.
